Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have tried to contact Agentology, [redacted] at [redacted] to receive a credit in the amount of $2,000, and no one will return my calls, I just recently called on 10-03-2016, and again on 10-04-2016, with no response or returned call from Agentology I don't appreciate that you have accused me of not returning phone calls and that I have not tried to reach your company and that I have simply disputed this charge with my credit card company, and the Revdex.com This is a statement, I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I was unable to reach anyone with Agentology to credit my account in the amount of $2,Again, I initially spoke with [redacted] on July 11th, with agentology the first day I spoke with him after I signed up, that I did not want to move forward with Agentology, as they had promised to have [redacted] with Agentology contact me to set up my account, instead when I called Agentology I was hung up onI again emailed [redacted] August 1st to cancel my account, and again Aug 17th, I have uploaded my email correspondence, but still unable to receive communication from Agentology or a credit in the amount of $to my accountI was told that Agentology would provide pre qualified leads of home buyer and sellers, I have not received pre qualified leads, only a list of names and numbersI was also told I would be able to accept or decline any leads, that is incorrect, names and numbers have been uploaded to my account without my approvalI have requested that my credit card account be refunded in the amount of $2,numerous times, I have continually asked for an account cancellation, and want this resolved immediately Agentology does not provide pre qualifed buyer and seller leads, and refuses to answer my phone calls If Agentology was such a great value, and service that you provide why would I be cancelingI am a Real Estate Broker that has been in the business for years, and I'm very capable of closing transactionsI have been advertising with other marketing companies such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com and have never had to cancel my account or been told that I have liedI have not received any monetary gain from your company, and do not want to be associated with your companyI have contacted other Realtors that you have lied to as well, and they would never sign up again [redacted] **Update from consumer 10/5/[redacted] It appears the sender of the email communications on the Revdex.com portal regarding complaint # [redacted] has not identified themselvesPlease provide sender contact information regarding the emails that were sent on 10-04-from email address, [redacted] , and any individuals that are authorized to act on behalf of Agentology

Hello [redacted] , You are in fact entitled to a 100% refund, which we never denied you You emailed us for the first time on Monday, and we responded to you on Tuesday I have included the attached response here for your review We received your request and asked that you wait 24-hrs for us to process a refund for you At no point did we deny you or say we wouldn't comply In fact, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are one of the only companies that DOES honor it's guarantee, and you'll find that we have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, which makes this Revdex.com complaint all the more troubling to us, since we responded to you right away and are currently in the process of refunding you Not sure why on Earth you felt the need to file a complaint and try to damage our business in this way We would appreciate you swiftly marking this complaint as resolved so we can continue with your refund in a professional manner If you have any further questions, please respond to our Support Group which already responded to you yesterday

Hello *** I'm sorry you're not having a good experience so far I see that you signed up in July for a year term Not sure what # you're calling because we answer phone calls all day long But please email [redacted] and I'm sure they'll get back to you, since all tickets to the support group are tracked and monitored by our team You paid $(a $discount from our regular price), and have received referrals so far I understand none have come to fruition yet, but you still have months left or so on your term so we'll see what happens As far as a refund, we'll be happy to refund your $if you wish to cancel now, or, you can wait it out until July and get some more referrals If you don't receive a referral by July that ends up in a listing or property under contract, we'll refund you then as well, so I'll leave it to you to decide In the meantime, I would note that your profile is lacking a photo and some more info that might be helpful in having more referrals come your way: [redacted] Feel free to reach out directly for any other questions, email [redacted] All the best ahead- MyAgentFinder Support Team

I am a Realtor who signed up with themI had to ask for the (after one year) money back guarantee becuase I recieved no leads or listings- obviously(I have heard of agents in other areas who did get leads and who closed deals.) Not in Portland or Seattle markets though It was a little hard to make contact with the right person but I did end up getting my refund so I do think the company is legit and trying to provide a decent service

We have already informed her credit card company that we don't wish to dispute it We are literally just waiting on her credit card to release her the funds We have authorized it on our endWe will update you further once confirmed

I signed up with My Agent Finder last yearThey promised that I would get leads a month , with a money back guaranteeThey are terribleWhat a waist of time and moneyDo not use their serviceI did not get any leads worth the time and of course no refund of my $They never return calls, They are a SCAM
