men on day in question, which at time they stated “CUSTOMER” was not present, but she had instructed them before hand on what they were suppose to move, so that is what they did. Also at the time of there moving, my two men stated that they were not the only ones in “CUSTOMERS” apartment, but that there were many other men in and out of “CUSTOMERS” apartment all during my mens time there.My men stated at NO TIME did they damage any of her property or throw things around as “CUSTOMER” has stated. We are not here in this business to destroy anyone’s property. We are here to serve our “CUSTOMERS” with the most quality and service . Yes, management did offer to give said “CUSTOMER” $50.00 for a lamp, but before we had a chance to talk with the two gentlemen on her job, and after careful thought and discussion, we did determine that property was not damaged by our men or our company. My men have stated a number of times that there were other people in and out of “CUSTOMERS” apartment on same day as my men, were these things could have been damaged but with no neglect on our behalf. Customer not satisfied, we stand behind our contract and “CUSTOMER” did read and sign on above date. Thank you in this manner kindly.
