recently purchased the Sierra, we replaced three tires for them as a goodwill courtesy on 11/16/17 in an effort to satisfy their concerns. When the Sierra came back to the shop for the check engine light, we found that the engine oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced. We replaced it. They also had some leaks, this is normal wear and tear for vehicles with high mileage but at some point will need to be repaired. At 8.53 AM on Jan 29, Brooke shared this with Mrs. [redacted]. Once Brooke shared this information with Mrs. [redacted], Mrs. [redacted] stated that she would speak to her husband regarding the estimate so we forwarded the estimate to Mr. [redacted]’s email. At 2.00 PM, we received repair authorization from the [redacted]s. At 2.58 PM on the same day, we called Mrs. [redacted] to let her know that we found an issue with one of the engine mounts and that her vehicle service contract was going to cover it at no charge. This was repaired as well. As mentioned prior, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] chose to purchase a high mileage vehicle - it is normal and customary to experience leaks as well as wear and tear items which is why the high mileage vehicles are priced so much less than the low mileage vehicles.
