Below is our response to this complaintAs you can see below we made effort to explain in a professional manner that the coils had to be cleaned to eliminate the smellThe coil was very dirtyThe cost to clean the coil was the main factor in the clients complaintAt no time was any of our staff non-professional in our communications to this clientThe end results was the customer just did not want to accept the fact that the coils needed to be cleaned and was trying to strong arm us by complaining to the Revdex.comBelow is notes from our tech who orginally reponded to the client HVAC service callNotes added by tech [redacted] on 8/5/1:44:PM Found unit low on freon added pound ralso found evaporator dirty and contactor pitted customer only wanted freon said he is going to be replacing system soon unit operating at this time collected $by credit card to [redacted] at the office.Below is the notes from our dispatcher after talking to the husband:Notes from phone call from [redacted] : [redacted] called regarding a smell from his a/c unitHe was quoted to have his coils cleanedHe declined those repairsCustomer was very upset regarding the smell he was havingExplained to customer that the unit was not working at the high capacity and that's why the smell is present now and wasn't beforeCustomer then yelled and hung up on me.Below is the notes from the conversation [redacted] the president of Air Excellence Inchad with the client after her husband hung up on our dispatcher and she called back and spoke to our dispactcher.Air Excellence responded to a service call today and found the indoor very dirty and the unit low on refrigerantThe tech quoted the husband to recharge the unit and clean the coilThe husband said to only add the refrigerant and not to clean the coilsLater in the afternoon when the wife returned home she called our office complaining of a smell, I spoke with the wife and explained the need to clean the coil and what would happen if the coil was not cleanShe complained about cost and the smell she was getting due to the coil being dirtyI again explained that we quoted her the option to clean the coil to her husband and she said for “$600.00” and I told her that was the price to clean the coil properly said she would contact the Revdex.com and take this further

I got in an accident August 1, my coworker referred me to Dr[redacted] I've had the best care and treatment since I've been coming to my therapy I'm so greatful for the staff they have been amazing and treat their guest with such a humble welcome I thank my coworker for letting me know about infinity spine and health center I would recommend this to friends , family members etcThe staff is the best and Dr[redacted] is awesome my experience has been the best loveYou guys

Review: I contracted the owner of this Company, Mr. [redacted] to do air condition work for me on a property I had that was up for sale. As part of Purchase Agreement, I was required to have the A/C system serviced and cleaned and inspected. I contacted Mr. [redacted] on 5/20/2014 to inspect the unit, which he did and wrote up the inspection report as "unit in good working order, no problems". I submiited the inspection report to my realtor as part of the Purchase Agreement. Once the Buyer had taken occupancy of the property, (which was on 6/15/2014, the actual closing is not until 6/30/2014),she called her realtor saying that the house wasn't cooling. I called Mr. [redacted] and asked him to go check the unit and see if something was wrong and he called me back and said that it was "fine". After he left the residence, he called the Buyer back and said, "Listen, I shouldn't be telling you this, but the reason that the house is not cooling is because the duct work is going bad and all the cool air is just going back into the attic". Of course this put a huge snag in my sale of the property. I confronted him with what the Buyer said and he admitted to calling her, but he said that he told her "eventually, the duct work would need to be replaced. He was completely unethical when he called the buyer back with that information and why didn't he ever let me know that the duct work was bad? He also falsified a document when he stated that the A/C system was in good working order, no problems on his inspection dated 5/20/2014.Desired Settlement: I would like his license removed and he never be able to do air condition work again. I am also considering filing a lawsuit against him. If my sale falls through, I defintely take legal action.
