Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I'm not disputing what has been told to meI'm disputing being charged an addition service fee as the same problem that was advise on our initial contact with the company, not the previous owner, still existsWhen we (the current owner) called back, we advised that the air was not ALWAYS blowing coldI am not an AC technician so my initial thought was that it could be due to the recent work which is why this company was contactedThey said it wasn't, which was fineSince they were already there, the request was made for them to go ahead and fix itAgain, I understand that it may not be an easy problem to diagnose BUT if the same problem exist, then it wasn't properly repaired when made aware that the air wasn't blowing coldAlso, I have not been contacted yet (days later) by anybody at the companyMore poor business practicesI'm not asking for something free but if I pay $for absolutely nothing to be resolved, then that is not right Regards, [redacted]
