HUSBAND KNEW THAT THE WORK WAS COMMENCING, AND HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO HAVE INSURANCE LOOK AT IT. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY HAD OVER A WEEK FROM THE TIME WE GAVE THE ESTIMATE, UNTIL THE TIME THEY GAVE APPROVAL FOR THE WORK, AND US TO HAVE OKIE LOCATE OUT, AND US START, THAT THEY COULD HAVE HAD IT LOOKED AT BY THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. I ASKED OUR MANAGER, AND THEY HAVE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ANY TREE DAMAGE, AND HE DID NOT SEE ANY WHEN HE WAS OUT THERE WITH [redacted] ON THE LAST CALL.ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE, THE HUSBAND GAVE US A CHECK, AND SAID IT WAS NOT GOOD, HE NEEDED TO TRY AND GET A LOAN FROM THE BANK, SO DO NOT CASH IT. A FEW DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND SAID HE ONLY GOT APPROVE FOR $1500, SO WE TRIED GETTING HIM FINANCED WITH ONE OF OUR COMPANIES, AND HE WAS APPROVED FOR $3550, BUT WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $850 FROM THEM.WE HAVE BEEN BACK THREE TIME SINCE TO CLEAR BLOCKAGE OF WIPES THAT APPEAR TO BE CLOGGING THE LINES UNDER THE HOUSE NOT AT THE BACK YARD REPAIR AREA ALL AT NO CHARGE AND GAVE THE AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING THE OLD SEWER LINE UNDER THE HOUSE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM WE HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANY PROBLEMS SINCE OUR LAST TRIP OUT. Whenever we spoke with [redacted], the plumber, prior to digging up the line he kept insisting he was "90% sure" that the damage to the line was caused by ONG and that they would document everything once the damage was reached. When I arrived the day they started digging up the line, [redacted] informed me that the line looked like the damage was done by something other than age but it could not be proven. I told him at that time to contact my husband. Up until that point, we had been led to believe the damage would be covered by ONG. We did not have the opportunity to have the insurance look at the line because we had been assured it would not be necessary by [redacted]. He never contacted my husband as I requested the day of digging so we could have an insurance adjuster look at the damage. We did not have the money for this expense because we were assured it would be damage caused by ONG, arrangements had to be made to cover the unexpected cost, which takes time. Helping us find financing would not have been necessary if the work had been handled properly in the first place. We were told not to worry about the additional $850 unless we were satisfied with the work and had not received a call back from the business since. We did not notice the tree damage until after the initial work was complete. It could have easily been pointed out to them during their last trip out here if they had asked. As for the clog, we had no plumbing issues until the collapse outside the house. We were told that the line would be cleared at no charge because of the high cost of the rest of the work. We were told the lines were cleared from the house to the back the first time and it should work properly. It was not our fault that additional trips had to be made to ensure that their claim was accurate. The best I can say for this situation is that our plumbing is now working.Sincerely,
