I am rejecting this response because: Again, you're not acknowledging my complaint I understand that it can take 2.5-hours to do a manicure and pedicure on two people We were there for longer than that and I did not receive a manicure I received 45mins of service and was charged for more than the service I receivedI understand that we discussed the groupon deal when I booked my appointment, but I did not buy the deal I only received a pedicure that that was very basic, but I paid for a manicure and pedicure I am very frustrated for you continuing to ignore my concerns

Hello client, I apologize again that you were unhappy with your experienceI understand not wanting to complete the service, as it can take about 2.5-3hrs to have manicurist do a Manicure and Pedicure on people, but we were clear on the phone when you booked the service that it would be performed by manicurist; Service timing was shown in your email/text confirmationsAt the time of booking you were scheduled for the Groupon Mani & Pedi package, this does not include extensive leg and foot massage and is focused on nail and skin maintenance I am sorry your manicurist left the room with you present, I believe she was attempting to fix the stool that had broken during your serviceI can assure you that the foot stool has been replacedI understand that the manicurist didn't understand how to charge you because we are "by appointment only" and we do generally charge by the hour (everybody has different needs and preferences), that is our policyAt the time of booking your service, appointment time, and price was agreed on and the Manicurist was not sure how to accommodate you after the complaint, so she did call me (the owner) to verify how to handle the situationMy intention was not to offend you, I was trying to ask questions to better understand your experienceI am so sorry again that you were dissatisfied with your service!
