Pre-arranged airport shuttle for 4 am June 10. Took monies. Never came. Never got refund.

We pre-arranged a private car with meet & greet service to & from the airport. According to the emails I received we should have gotten driver information prior to each pickup including GPS location, but what we recieved was a generic email that did not contain the driver info or plate#. First, we did not receive the meet & greet service. I got a text message from the driver and we had to find his car via the plate # in the garage. This was a bit disappointing especially for my kids who wanted to see their name on the sign, but the driver was curteous and the car was clean. The return trip, however, was awful. Again, I did not receive the driver info so I emailed customer service and received no response. I received a call 15 minutes before our pickup time from a person claiming to be our driver so we said we would go meet him in front of the door where the drop off and pick up was for the hotel. It took us less than 2 minutes to get there. We waited and waited and nothing. I got a call again and the driver is yelling at me in very broken english saying he can't find the hotel so we gave him the street address. Keep in mind, it was very hard to understand him. He then gives us a different address of where he is at and wants us to walk with our luggage to find him. We tell him no we are standing in front of the doors and if he just comes to the drive way he will see us. I finally have to call customer service because he can't understand the directions of where we are. There is only one drop off pick up location at this hotel and he can't find it. Finally, he shows up and demands our ticket? (all I can do is show him the email confirmation I received when I ordered the service). He then proceeds to sit in the car while we struggle to put our luggage in the trunk that is too small for all of our bags (we had arranged for 5 large bags with our service and he had space for 2). I'm on the phone with customer service and begging for a different driver because he is so hostile and am told there is no one else available so we have to get into this car with someone we are uncomfortable with. We then had to put some of the luggage inside the cabin and he is yelling at us "no in back, in back" but there wasn't room. I'm pretty sure he was an *** sub-contracted because the car was full of personal items. Then he didn't know what terminal we should go to and is yelling "what terminal!" I'm pretty sure he was using GPS to give him directions to the airport in his native language. Keep in mind, we provided all of our flight information at the time we scheduled because we were told it would make our ride smooth and easy and that the drivers would have all the information needed to get us there and back. So we had to try to figure out what terminal in a town we are not familiar with while he keeps yelling "what terminal!" I contacted customer service completely frustrated with the situation and was offered a coupon and $16 off my nearly $200 booking for the inconvienence. Wow! Save yourself the headache. They do not provide the service you pay for. They are disorganized and their drivers are obviously sub-contracted because the quality is inconsistant. Plus, don't expect anything in the confirmation email to actually happen. This was an awful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I booked their service from my Air BnB to MSY in New Orleans. I got a called the night before confirming the time. The driver called me just outside of my Air BNB saying that she was there. She came to pick me up at 3 am, and we had an amazing drive. She was kind, friendly, and so positive.

Warning! Do not use this service. Today I reserved a private shuttle from Luis Armstrong Airport to my New Orleans hotel. I waited 40minutes after my notification to be picked up only to find that a Lift driver had been dispatched. I was charged $72.00 for a $19.00 Lift ride. This is a scam and is ripping off the customer and taking advantage of the lift driver. This should be illegal and I wish for all to avoid this service completely.

I booked our transfer with airportshuttles.com from our Ft. Lauderdale hotel to Port Miami 3 months in advance of our trip. I received timely email confirmations and all was well.

26 hours prior to our shuttle pick up I received a confirmation email stating date, time and place.

24 hours prior to our shuttle pick up, I received an email stating they were sorry that I cancelled my reservation and they would be applying a refund within a few business days. WHAT?????? PANIC! I DID NOT cancel my reservation! This is a LIE!

I placed multiple calls only to be disconnected after a series of messages, sent an email stating I needed an immediate call back, only to receive a reply email that they would be contacting me within 24 hours.... Well, that's too late.

In the mean time I spent my vacation morning scrambling to find alternate transportation to Port Miami. A couple of companies were booked, Uber would have been double what I budgeted for, finally got a hold of QLS Transportation and was very well taken care of.

2.5 hours later, I did get a reply email from airportshuttles.com stating,
"Thank you for contacting us. It seems your provider has cancelled your reservation. We have started an investigation on this and will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible!. (his punctuation) In the meantime, your reservation was refunded in full, so I'm afraid I can't rebook your ride. I kindly suggets (his spelling) you book another ride."

This is very disappointing and extremely unprofessional for your company to allow such a dramatic disruption in our travel plans. Specifically with leaving no other solution or recommendation as to help us reach our destination.

We booked this reservation with plenty of advanced time and to wake up to a cancellation notice 24 hours prior to our departure has sent us scrambling to find alternate transportation.

As I stated previously, the email I received stated that I cancelled my reservation. This is completely false, which is another point verifying the lack of integrity your company has shown.

As a travel agent, and someone who could have been a potential supporter of your services, I will no longer allow that to be an option.

I received confirmation for a 6:00 a.m. pickup. At 6:00 I received a text message stating that the driver was approximately 30 minutes away. Needing to get to the airport, I drove myself and spent $132 for parking (instead of the roundtrip fare of $74 quoted by airportshuttles.com).
I was also supposed to receive a call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, which didn't happen.
