Airrow Heating follows all business practice perscribed by the Oregon Construction Contractors BoardWe? have been continualy? licensed by the CCB for years (# [redacted] ) with not a single act of disciplinary action Memebers of Airrow Heating have succesfully completed several training modules provide by the CCB in regards to written contractsThis is specifically accomplished to elimiate any communnication errors The fact is that the customer was provide a written estaimte at the time of the first visit to the home to initate workThe scope of work for the project was detailed on this contract as well as all other componets that are highly sugggested on written contractsFurthermore the customer was supplied with an additional, completely itemized estiamte on the first day of the work, prior to any work commencingThis secondary estimate provides a completely itemized estimate of every componet of the project with additional written description of the work to be performenedThere was in fact itemized componets on? the secondary estiamte to emphasis exactly what the customer was investing inthis includes all product, materiials, and sub contractorsNothing from the original esitimate was not successfully completed to the exact price agreed upon The topic of a portion of work that the customer wanted addressed was not addressed as any part of? the scope of work that was original accumilated on the first initial visit to the customers homeWe had in fact returned for a complimentary visit to rereview the customers system controls and operations and at this time offered to provide an additional estimate for this scope of work I had personally discussed this complaint with the customer prior to our last visit for the additional estimate and it was a tthis time the customer addmitted to me that they agreed it was not included and? accepted our offer to return for the additonal estaimte for the work in questionThere has been no admission that we forgot to included any scope of work Airrow Heating has adopted many technological practices in order to document all of our projects with many images/notes both pre and postThis practice insures communication of the highest caliaber both internally and with our customersThere is in fact pages worth of? our companies? internal notes from the original visit to the final documeneted work completion ? The customers for this project have been great to work with and every componet of the project that was described is in fact complete and has been fully commissioned to at or above the manufactures specificationThe? scope of work that they are requesting from other sources was not included in our written estimates and is therefore not included

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When Kevin came by on the 5th of July He admitted He Knew we had requested all vents and ducts remained.? ? Kevin stated it was (HIS) oversightThat is an admission of wrong doingWith "ALL" my past similar experiences, the company either ate their mistake at no cost the Customer.?
