Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I made a simple request to have all of my money refunded No where in the contract is it stated a certain percentage would not be refunded for "his time and travel." As stated before, when Mr [redacted] sent me the first check, he included a hand written note stating I would have the entire amount refunded by mid-January Yes, I did receive another $check on Monday, 01/30/17, after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com And, yes, I did cash it right away, as I need the money And, yes, I do expect to receive the remaining $4000, preferably in a lump sum! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] stated in his last response numerous falsehoods, which in my opinion, shows me he is not a very honest business man I offered numerous times to meet him in the nearby town to sign the contract and to give the down payment, but he insisted on coming out to my farm The many trips he referred to were of his own doing...in fact, it had come to the point of almost harassment on his part He continued to be persistent and pushy on starting the project, in spite of my concerns of the ground being too wet, and the forecasted inclement weather He wanted money!!! Well, until I get, in full, returned to me, what is mine, I am going to be persistent In my opinion, he needs to get a loan to pay me back, instead of me having to be put in a difficult financial situation because of his dishonesty Regards, [redacted] ***

I did give Ms*** a note that stated " I would try to have all the money for her by January 15, 2017" Unfortunately there has been bad weather preventing work I have sent what I could when I could and again I state I could have charged off the money for our time and expense but have opted to pay her back in full she just has to be patient. I will continue to send her the money as soon as it is possible

Ms. [redacted] entered into a contract for a bld with Aitken Welding LLC signing the contract for a building at a cost of $48375. the contract required a 60% deposit with the remaining $19350 due upon completion.Ms. [redacted] made several changes in the process which required mulitiple trips by my self...

Each trip involed 2 hours of driving round trip as well the time to go over changes with her.At the time the contract was signed she provided a check for $29025 and asked me to hold onto it until her funds clear. I did so and she the contacted me the following week to state the funds were there to deposit the check. We were experiencing rain and I was going to begin the demo of her old building and she changed her mind on the location of the new building then stating she wanted the new building built first. We met marked out the new location and at her property.Still experiencing rain when it quit I made yet another trip over digging up ground to see if it was dry enough for my concrete crew to get in and start the job.I called and set up the concrete crew and was then advised that [redacted] Hollingsworth was to build the pad for them I had no clue he was to do their pad.Due to having been such bad weather I did use some of the money for payroll with mu guys because no where does the contract state that the deposit is strictly for materials, I have since refunded Ms. [redacted] an initial check of $23025 followed by two more chechs at $1000 each.Ms. [redacted] wont speak with me over the phone or in person as I attempted to meet with her when she changer her mind to find out why she was backing out of the contract.In stead she wanted me to meet with [redacted] worth to give him the check. She constantly sends me aggressive and tacky text which I will not respond in kind. I have responded trying to explain to her that had she not backed out of the contract which she her self signed she would have a new building and the old demoend as she contracted for.I text her and told her I was not charging her for all of the time and trips and and that I would get her paid in full but she will have to be patient as The weather has hurt us on working. I sent her the last check for $1000 on Saturday 1-28-2017 and just check my account and see it has cleared that she has received it.This brings the total owed to $4000 I have over 40 hours of time as well as diesel and wear and tear on vehicles involved in dealing with her and could have charged her this amount and we bill $100 hour for work but instead just asked her to be patient and she will be paid in full she acts as though she is the only one who has been out any money or inconvenience feel free to call me at [redacted]
