Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/19) */ This customer had her Jeep hail damage repaired at our shop in February We did order and give to her the belt moldings in February (the parts around her windows that had dents that she is claiming were not fixed)She is in possession of the new moldingsShe told us that her friend would instal them and we agreed to a discount on her total repairs for that She did call and send photos of a part of the visor clip that fell down recentlyShe was told we ordered the part, which is currently at our shop, and that she just needs to bring her vehicle to us and we will instal the visor clip and while she is here, we could also instal the belt moldings and charge her the labor for the instal of the moldings since her friend has not done that She stated she could not bring her vehicle to our shopI told her to let me know when she could bring it in and we will take care of it for her When she again called recently she cussed at both the owner [redacted] and myself on the phoneWe did not raise our voices or cuss at herWe told her we would fix the problem if she brought her vehicle to our shopShe told us that we should come to her house, however we are not able to do that We did tell her multiple times to bring her Jeep in and we will correct the issues she hasThere have been months that has passed [redacted] the repairs and the issue of the visor clip may not have been caused by us and we still offered to fix the problem for her If she brings in her vehicle to our shop during our business hours we will fix her issues Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/11/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They are not telling the truth.
There was no deal made to discount the price of service in exchange for unfinished work. That is false information that [redacted] is stating.
I would like to ask who [redacted] made this so called deal with?

As stated before we are willing and prepared to correct the issue this customer has with the visor clip. The part was ordered and it is at our shop and she just needs to call to make an appointment during regular business hours to have it installed.
We are also willing and prepared to instal the belt moldings on her vehicle if she pays the labor cost for doing so. She will need to bring her vehicle and the parts that she is in possession of to our shop during regular hours and make an appointment to ensure we have someone available to do the work.
We have never refused to do anything else for her. We have offered multiple times for her to come to the shop so we can correct the issues.
