I will not respond to the accusation of my being a liar, and rude because I am a god fearing man and I always turn the other cheek. the fact that we refused to honor the [redacted] the Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted] are free to check on all of our deals on [redacted] up to date we have sold a total of 4,004 [redacted] deals and have redeemed as of this moment 3,069 of them I guess these numbers are proof that we do honor these [redacted]s more than anyone else we know of in Ohio. now there are stipulations on every voucher and we do go by these stipulations, never the less we book based on availabilities and there are times we can not accommodate the clients and not because we do not wish to but rather because the date and time they have requested isn't available. I really am not sure what Ms. [redacted] wants and if their is anything we can do for her she is more than welcome to give us a call and if she feels we treated her some kind of way we do apologize. Thank you for all your time and troubles in this situation hopefully this matter is put behind us and wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.

Hello, before I answer everything in the complaint lets state the accurate facts. number one this is goes way back before the October date being mentioned, You had made an appointment on 7/29/2016 at 9am using our online booking system and you did not show up and we could have easily charged your...

credit card for up to the full amount of service as our no show policy states how ever we chose not too because it was your first time. Also you made another appointment on 8/14/16 at 10 am that you also did not cancel or show up for and yet again we could've charged your credit card that you used for the booking and again we gave you a break. then you made an appointment for the same service on 8/19/16 for 1:30 pm using a [redacted] voucher and then you called us at 1:20 pm only 10 minutes before the appointment which is again a last minute cancellation and allow me to repeat according to our cancellation policy we can charge you for the full amount. Now lets address your complaint, One you were never pressured to buy it from us yes it is more economical to buy it from us. but the reason you bought it from us that was your choice to save a few dollars and the main the reason is because of all the no show appointments you had and because of the refund you asked for from [redacted] and that was indeed given to you from them. so You had to pay us direct. you stated you came in for  your appointment but you have never been to our place nor were you ever in for a service or even visit and you did not call to cancel your November 3rd 2016 appointment that you made on October 25th 2016 and by right at this point we should forfeit your money. We tried to call you numerous times on the day of your appointment and there was no answer and you never called to cancel or give an excuse. you never called to even try to work something out as we have done numerous times before so I don't see the purpose of this complaint when really you're the one completely at fault and you never even stepped foot in our facility.As far as filthy our facility goes through numerous yearly inspections by both the state board of cosmetology and the state board of health and other agencies and for the past 13 years we never had any violations. with all that said and done I hope this refreshes your memory on the facts and if you need any help with future appointments you can call us and we can accommodate you with any services or help you may need.

The client came in on 10/14/17 the client called on the 19th surely if there was any reaction it should've happened right away and please with all due respect people should be exfoliating after a waxing service which we did tell her to do. unsanitary. this was her first waxing and the girl who did her waxing has been doin this for 10 years and preformed so many and on a regular basis as well. This is very obvious what is happeneing here. We offered her any other service to "make it right" as she has put it numerous times. Clearly she is used to complaining to get refunds and we honestly don't feel that its right to do so just because she has a lot of time on her hands to make false accusations and verbally attack people in public. I will repeat myself she was more than pleased she was impressed with the technician pleased with the service and tipped her well people who get bad services do not tip and tip well no less.
