Purchased an item and unable to reach them for a return.

I ordered the kneekure supports. They were not what I thought they would be, so I have tried to return them by going through the companies return procedure, but have not received a return instructions form or any form of response back from them. I've been trying to get a response for the past 3 weeks, to no avail. The item has a "100% money back guarantee if returned within 30 days of purchase of which has now past." I would not recommend ordering any products from this company.
