difficulty also. Therefore, they were both seen. The daughter had previously been to another Dentist who said that she needed fillings. However, the filings were not done and now the decay had gotten worse and gone into the pulp of the teeth which was what was causing the pain. The mother had x-rays taken and she also had pre-existing issues that had worsened. She was advised that she now needed a root canal and other work. Therefore, she was referred to an specialist. The Mom indicated that money was an issue therefore, we agreed to do a limited exam. During the x-ray process, the mother kept jerking the device from her mouth, the technician asked her to please refrain from that as she was concerned that the jerking motion was causing more discomfort for the patient and that the expensive equipment might be damaged. Detailed chart notes were made on both patients regarding the work that was done and we sincerely regret any unpleasantness that was experienced.Thank you, [redacted], Office Manager

We have clearly marked on our invoice our return policy which reads:NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONIC OR GAS PARTS, BOOKS, PAINT & BATTERIES. IN STOCK ITEMS ARESUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCK CHARGE AND MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING.NO RETURNS WILL BE HONORED AFTER 30 DAYS OR IF THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDERED.In addition to the return policy noted on the invoice we have signage at our parts counter stating the same.Sincerely,
