Home Depot referred us to Re BathOn Dec 13, we paid them $(half) to update a small shower it's Feb 22, no one has come & no call bac After paying Re bath, Hoover Al $on Dec13, (half of bill) to update a small shower, it is now Feb & no one has even scheduled a time to come do the showerThey called a couple of times & said that they were getting the supplies ready & should be wks to do jobI called this am to find out what is causing the delay & was told that a dispatcher would call me backThe end of the day is here and no call backWe are getting frustrated!

I am glad that I have a handicap accessible shower, but I have complaints about this companyI spent $and never got the detailed invoice of where my money was spent
The demo used in the sell is nothing like the material they useThe sales rep had a solid 1" pieceThe actual material is 1" backer board with a flimsy cover over it
The pre-set temperature faucet I paid for, by ***, I never receivedInstead, I got a standard ***No one mentioned this until I noticed it whrn it was installedNobody seemed to care that I was given something else
I called for weeksIt's been over a month since installation and I have yet to get my invoiceThis alone feels like a scamwhere is $spent when I did not even get doors put on?

I called and ask for a job quote because my tenant's tub was toast. They explained to me that I would need to complete a lengthy form in order to proceed as it was an investment property. Well, after spending 15 minutes completing the form and following up with phone calls, I did not even receive the courtesy of having someone call me. I ended up going with another business that was happy to service my needs.
