Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not offer us other air conditioners as they claimWe simply wanted to keep our own property regardless of what value the business placed on it, which apparently isn't muchIt was our rightful property and it had value to usand they disposed of it even after multiple times of us telling them we wanted it backAnd some WOULD pay $for a broken one because they can repair it and still save money on a new one that is more than double that price as the receipt shows They need to be responsible for their own mis-managementWe, the customer shouldn't have to pay for their negligence Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Dear Sir, This customer did ask us once to keep their old air conditionerIt was removed and placed in storage areaBy the time customer picked up their trailer the salvage men had picked it upRemember, this was a bad air conditionerI apologized for the problemI have offered to give them
air conditioners it it's placeI get them all the time that are badWhy would anyone give $for a bad air conditioner? As you can see from this ivoice, you can buy a new one For $1,If they could fix the old one, why didn"t they fix it instead? I have been doing this business for yearsI have never had a customer ask for the bad air conditioner backSorry, I can't please this customerI will not offer them any more than giving them bad air conditionersThanks, Ron J***-Pres
