I do take this very seriously... I am a stay at home mom of children... I just went through all of my emails and found the customers orderShe placed a order for a hand painted personalized piggy bank and a storage stool... They do ship separately and have very different lead
times... I doIndeed make mistakes and did overlook the storage stoolCompletely my faultI have emailed e customer if they would like the stool painted and I can ship Saturday or a refund for the stool... I will do either option... This was a mistake and I do apologize... I run my business completely by myself...
