I called December 3, 2019 to say I do not wish to have Survey Gizmo. Have not used it for two years and was likely billed for it in 2018, as well. I spoke with *** who transferred me to ***, who also gave me my cr. I was told they could tell I had not used it; however, could only refund the 2019 withdrawal from my bank account. I was told it would be back in my bank account within 7 - 10 days. It is not. I would like a response and my money back.

On 9/17/2019 at 8:14 pm EST, I received an auto generated text message for a survey. There was no way to opt out included in the text message, and I never opted in to receive text messages, which constitutes two violations of the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).. One for the text without consent and one for failing to include a method to opt out of future messages. On 9/17/2019 I reached out to Survey Gizmo with proof of their violations and have not been contacted yet to resolve the issue, and I have proof the email I sent was opened and read.

I received an email from what appeared to be my internet/phone/tv provider, stating that they were upgrading their system and needed me to sign in to my account. I stupidly did this, as the email looked real. When I hit enter, a message said that I had just completed a survey at Survey Gizmo at the above address. I immediately changed my password.

I am contacting you again after filling out another complaint form two hours ago. The reason why I am reaching out to your company again is that I believe that I the man who contacted me, his name is Steven F, and not Michael F as I may have inadverently indicated in my prior complaint form. Thus, I am contacting your company again to make the name correction. In any event, again Mr. F contacted me via email today, Friday, September 14, 2018 requesting that I take an online survey and towards its completion I would receive a $20.00 dollar gift card from ***. However, once I checked my email to verify that the gift card was sent to me, I quickly learned that it was not. I then checked my spam mail to learn that I received an email from Fed Ex stating that they could not send me the $20.00 dollar gift card because they did not have my correct email in order to send it. Yet, when Mr. F was able to send the online survey to my correct email address today. Then, immediately following me reading that email, I received another email stating that I had unclaimed funds that I needed to retrieve, also sent to my spam email.

Mr. Steven F presented his information as Steven F at Aslanian Market Research

They do not provide any customer support without payment. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone unless you have upgraded your account, which is totally absurd. I had a billing question and was unable to speak to anyone directly.
And to add on the complaint already filed, their yearly billing runs through without any advance notice to the customer, which is explained in their terms but would be a better business practice to let the customer know that their year is renewing.
