We contracted with Trees on the Move to perform landscaping work on our propertyThe plants they supplied are Of poor quality and the workmanship was poorWe have trees that are dying, have black leaves, plantings that the root [redacted] were not planted deep enough which have shriveled up and died/blew away When the plantings were initially done we raised our concerns regarding the condition of the plants, our project manager told us that once the plantings settled in it would look great....dont worryOur PM also told us the black on the leaves was due to water hitting the top of the leaves and the sun burning them....this too he assured us would resolve itself We have followed the watering and care instructins provided to us and our plantings are not thriving We have contacted the company multiple times trying to get someone to meet us at our house to review,assess and resolve the issues without success The only time offered once was a time that we were not available The l
