Review: I ordered some ballet shoes from this company's website and tried them on at class when they arrived. I found that the shoes where a size too small, so I immediately contacted the company informing them of the incorrect size. They assured me that I would be able to return the shoes for a bigger size, if I simply shipped the shoes back to their customer service center. I did just that, and waited almost three weeks before they sent me a pair back. When I received the second pair it was sent back to me all damage up and in a crushed up plastic bag not the original box I sent them in, and was the same pair I sent to them. I call their customer service line and the representative assured that I will be return my money. I will never do business with them again and will make sure all of my dance students at my university do not purchase from this company. I will seek further actions if my money isn't returned to my credit/debit card within the next weeks.Desired Settlement: I call their customer service line and the representative assured that I will be return my money. Review: I ordered a pair of dance shoes from them on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 10:57 am. I received a confirmation of the order via email, and said that they anticipated shipping my order on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 (the same day) I checked the status of my order on Friday, August 22, to see if it had shipped because I did not get a shipping notification. Unfortunately, the customer service rep could not tell me if the item had shipped or when it would ship because the item was being shipped from an alternate warehouse. After many many emails back and forth with their customer service people, they still can not tell me when or if the item has shipped and I am unable to cancel it. They say that they have no communication with the alternate warehouse except by email, and after emailing back and forth they still dont know if the item has shipped, and still as of today (I spoke to a customer service rep who was supposed to call me back but didn't), Monday, August 25, 2014, 4:48 pm, that they still don't know if it has shipped or not.Desired Settlement: I don't know what the settlement should be, I can't ask for a refund because I don't have an item. What I would like is a discount coupon for a next purchase, should I choose to buy from them again. I also want their website updated to say that this item comes from an alternate warehouse and that it may take extra time to get the shipping information

I am rejecting this response because: The information is NOT true. I was not notified VERBALLY that the item had shipped. I did get an email from a wonderful customer service rep who did take the time to contact the warehouse and find out that it had shipped, she emailed me this information late on Monday, 8/26. It was only today at 4:03 pm that I received the formal email giving me the shipping number. The point is not that the item shipped, the point is that the customer service reps were incompetent, and unwilling to do with the last customer service rep did, which was to follow up with the warehouse to get the information. Of the 6 or more emails from various customer service reps, not one was able to tell me if the item had shipped or when it would ship, and not one of them gave a crap that I was incovenienced and had to keep emailing and calling. That is the worst customer service ever, and not one person even offered to give me a discount coupon to encourage further purchases. Well, let me tell you, social media is a wonderful thing, and I will be sure to tell every one of my dance friends, and their dance friends never to purchase from All About Dance. And word travels fast on social media, trust me. And not for nothing, their response wasn't even apologetic, it was defensive, so I am rejecting it, and I will keep this going as long as I have to

Nope, they said it was delivered, but I was home all day and it never came. They must have left it at the wrong address. So I'm out $29.99, this has been a disaster from the very beginning. Well I have learned a lesson never to order from the Internet
