They were sent 4 different quotes.a.      A large Toy Hauler @ $135.00 per day at 3 daysb.      A small Toy Hauler @ $125.00 per day at 3 daysc.       A small Travel Trailer @ $100.00 per day at 3 days.d.      Then the customer called to ask for a discount if they rented two trailers. They were told yes if they rented two for the 3 days. The discount was only to apply to the larger Toy Hauler. 2.      The original quotes were done a month before the rental dates. The customer then decided to rent the 2 RV’s on the day they wanted to pick them up. The customer called and wanted to rent the two RV’s they were quoted for and said Toy Haulers. They came into the office and we accommodated there request at the last minute.. There was nothing said at that time about the rental cost when signing their rental documents.. Only after they came back and looked at their charges they called to say they had been overcharged. We looked at the paperwork and could not figure out were they had been overcharged. After talking to the customer that had done the booking a few more times, I realized they got the travel trailer price and small toy hauler price mixed up. I agreed to refund the difference because of the misunderstanding. The difference was not $100. it was $81.00 and that refund was done as soon as we understood why the customer was confused & thought they had been overcharged.
