I set an appointment about a week in advance for an estimate and on the day of the appointment no one called to cancel or showed up. I called, left a message, and no one has returned my call. This is unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time; two hours of wait time and an hour to drive home. It's more disappointing because this company was a personal recommendation from a friend.
