To whom it may concern about complaint #*** filed with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin.In response to your phone call,you stated that there was damage to
the front bumper of your car only,now in the letter you say there is damage to the hood,bumper,fenders and the dash.You picked the car up at day light hours and where the car was parked you had to walk around the front of it,if there was damage this would have been the time to inform me.I am the tech that repaired the ignition switch,drilling out the old ignition key switch I took care not to damage the dash,on completion of the repair,the car was vacuumed and the dash was cleanedI am sorry you feel we damaged your car, if there was damage to your car it should have been addressed before it left my shop and control of the car was given to you

In response I will state that where the car was parked I did not walk around the front and didn't think to check for body damage as the only thing worked on was the ignition. Furthermore there were metal fillings all over the inside of the car and the console and dash were a mess.
