Excellent customer service, comparative pricing, and a one year warranty..yeah, that works! Excellent company!

I would like to give a star rating to All American Plumbing...Mr [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] (technician) have worked with me for about eighteen months with a bad toilet that I had bought through them[redacted] bent over backwards for me[redacted] was at my house about every week and a half[redacted] kept trying to let the company know that this toilet was bad...Well finally [redacted] ordered me a wonderful toilet but he did this out of the kindness of his heart because he took a loss because the company that he bought the toilet from has not given him credit for the old toilet..What I am trying to say is that they will do whatever it takes to make things right...I would always recommend this company

Another great job by Austin The first time he came by, we had a leak in the bathroom sink that another plumber refused to work on because of the difficulty and he couldn't insure his work Austin did the repair without a hitch Today, Austin installed a faucet in the kitchen that was leaking Seemed to be a little pricey, but as the adage goes "Price is what you pay, value is what you get." I would use All American Plumbing again

Austin was very helpful and politeHe answered all of my questions as well as showed me where to turn water off in case of emergency

All American does a fantastic job with great follow up and ongoing service

Jose Aand Martin were very professional and explained everything they were doing as they were completing the job

Called All American for an appointment to fix a leaking pipe between the meter and the house Original home building contractor had not installed a shutoff valve and had left several issues related to mixing different kinds of pipe Michael Z was dispatched and arrived minutes later, right on time, even though it was on a weekendMichael was efficient, polite, professional, and thorough The finished job fixed the leak and straightened out the miss-aligned pipes; Michael added shutoff ball-valves to separate each branch, and a di-electric union to reduce galvanic reaction decay where the dissimilar metals meet He did excellent work I recommend him highly Dispatcher's digital phone was intermittently cutting out which made it frustrating to communicate but the dispatcher was courteous and efficient; we are able to get the necessary information we both needed and the job got done

Had winter service done, Brett did an great job, spent quality timeSaid we also took care of service on this end too...............everything turned out great and I received my credit of $upon service for donating food this time a yearThanks All American, GOOD JOB! Mrs [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/06/17) */ I am writing this letter of response in regards to complaint # XXXXXXXXUpon investigation of the drain services provided for Mr***, the following was found We received the service request On 4/27/at approximately 11:amThe call has an audio recording for quality assuranceThe customer service representative entered the call, here are the highlights; Dispatch 4/2:PM [redacted] XXX [redacted] Street, Dos [redacted] CA XXXXX USA Customer called stating the kitchen sink is clogged, nothing else affected as of yetNew customer (google)$diagnostic charge/keep will pay with credit card or check, if he wants to be billed to pay with check please collect c/c infoAlso the apartment next door (XXXAlmond) has the shower backing up, please let [redacted] know if the stoppage in both homes are in a common line and if clearing that common line can clear both homes, if not we will need to create a new call and a separate invoice [redacted] will meet tech there to give access to XXXAlmond Our technicians arrived at 2:of the same dateAttached is the electronically captured approval for the work to be performed, its description and the repair amount, prior to initiating the drain clearingThe invoice also shows the electronic signature capture after the work was satisfactorily completed During the process of this call it was found that there were illegal rubber waste fittings present in the mechanical room where the water heater resides and where the kitchen sink waste line in question ties into these rubber illegal fittingsThe technician verbally advised Mr [redacted] of this condition and verbally made recommendations for their replacement and repair of the waste lineMr [redacted] rejected any of the recommendation presented to correct the additional compromises in the waste piping system that were identified, found the kitchen sink in question draining satisfactorily, signed the satisfactory completion and acceptance of the work performed and made payment for what he authorized our company to perform The technician that was the lead on this call did not note in writing what was additionally found, what options were available to correct and what the investment amounts needed wereWe utilize ipad tablet devices with our clients and techniciansThis was a brand new means of serving our clients, approximately weeks new, the technician was still getting comfortable with the new useage of the ipad table Mr [redacted] did contact our office on 5/20/at 2:pm requesting that we go back to said property and repair illegal piping originally found in the mechanical closet on 4/27/and brought to his attention on 4/27/for which he declinedMr [redacted] was demanding that this additional work be performed at no additional charge and stated he had already paid enough Our bi lingual customer service representative explained that we would be unable to go back out to his property and make any additional repairs to his existing piping system at no chargeThough we would go back out to property reassess what repair options Mr [redacted] would have and advise of the repair amounts neededMr [redacted] called back on 5/20/at 6:pm and cancelled the call Though we feel we did nothing improper, other than not noting in writing on our initial visit on 4/27/of the additional compromises found in his existing waste piping systemWe would like to refund Mr [redacted] 1/of the repair amount on the invoice for the stated kitchen sink stoppage at his property, for the amount of $ We strive for a Star customer experience with every client we serve, we apologize Mr [redacted] that we did not deliver you that experience to your satisfaction [redacted] -President Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 9, 2016/06/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
