Austin G. as a happy plumber is very gentleman and was able to communicate with Deaf customers. He was visibly working so hard to stop the leaking in my children's bathroom and get it done quickly and accurate. I am happy that there is no visible damage at my house.

Jose and his helper are excellent. They are very professional and courteous, and a job well done.
Plumbing work to fix leak an plumber stripped an damage faucet. Leak got worse an now want to charge more. Taking advantage knowing full well faucet was damage..2 weeks later leak continues. $467 dollars was paid an under warranty. All American refuses to fix an want to chrage more!
Mr. contacted us the morning of 9/9/19 in regards to his tub / shower leaking after the rebuild of tub / shower provided in August. Upon arrival on 9/9/19 found both handles to said valve broken off, snapped off at plastic valve extension stems. This was not the condition of said control valve when rebuilt in August. We found the rebuild we had performed in August to not be leaking and working properly. The leak or dripping was found to be coming from non operational diverted tub spout frozen in the shower position, not allowing release of water from shower head riser when valve is turned off and slowly dripping collected water when turned off. We had recommended to Mr *** to have the diverter tub spout replaced as well on our initial visit in August and Mr. declined this option.I contacted Mr. the evening of 9/9/19 to discuss our findings and our recommendations. After much discussion and Mr. still declining the much required diverter tub spout replacement to eliminate the slow dripping of the valve up to an hour after turning off the control valve, we came to this resolution.All American to replace the plastic stem extensions and if required the handles to his tub valve that got snapped off by Mr. in his efforts to stop the slow dripping from the frozen diverter tub spout, stuck in the shower position. We have ordered the replacement parts for the very old control valve, they are to be delivered on 9/13/19. In the mean time, we have had our senior technician out to Mr.’s home to insure that the said valve and the prior rebuild is working properly. We will be installing these new stem extensions and if required handles at no additional investment from Mr.. We still strongly recommend the replacement of deteriorated and frozen diverter tub spout that Mr. is still declining at this time. Many Thanks, *** - Company President
All American Plumbing and Heating came out to my home today and did an outstanding job in clearing and fixing our plumbing issues. They were quick, friendly, and professional. My wife and I are very happy with their work. We will continue to use All American Plumbing and Heating and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who may experience any plumbing/heating/air conditioning problems.

The technicians are professional, courteous, and informative. Have used used them on multiple occasions, they are prompt, competent and courteous. Will diffently recommend them to my friends.
The Technician; Leo, arrived when expected. He was very thorough with the estimate for the repair of our heating system, including our options. I have called All American Heating twice in 10 years (Water heater replacement and today furnace repair and each time they have come through with great service. The ladies in the office are considerate and respectfully, the technicians (Leo, Alex and Jose) are very considerate.
They were professional from the my phone call to the service! I could not have asked for better service from Roger. He explained every step of the way, went above and beyond in the cleanup process and did so with kindness! I will not hesitate to call them in the future or to recommend them to family and friends!
Excellent job on Installation of water conditioner, water heater, and water line.
Wonderful job by Christian and Margarito installing our HVAC system. We have always been happy with what All American does for us and all the people who have come to our house, both for HVAC and plumbing jobs. We've lived in Los Banos for five years, and All American has been our very best find here.

Extremely positive- My new system is beautiful! Christian, Margarito, and Stephen all played a part in installing my new air cooling system. Each technician was polite, caring, and skilled to do their work. It is a joy to have friendly workers willing to explain each procedure to the client.
