I apologize for the late response to this complaint I've communicated with this customer a number of times with regard to this and sent her a refund of $for the parts she had paid for with the initial repair When I went to her home the first time the fridge was working when I left She called and said it wasn't working again and I returned only to find that the line had been pinched which would cause the fridge to cease When we do a service call or multiple service calls (which we did in this case) we do have to charge the customer for our service, which is what she paid for It is unfortunate for both of us that the fridge was unrepairable upon my second visit Also, the allegations that my father is deceased are incorrect He is alive and well

I apologize that this is not a suitable solution Our policy is not to give full refunds when we perform a service and make multiple service calls We refunded all monies for parts It's unfortunate we weren't able to get your machine up and running

hi, I just sent you [redacted] 's business card with his picture & two phone numbers, that can be found on the internet under all brands appliance, on his Facebook page under [redacted] of Wilmington, with the same family picture & referring to all brands applianceThe same information that have on file have on file It is alarming with all this evidence that [redacted] is trying to use a defense, as I have the wrong person, & to state that everything that I stated is a lieThis man has no ethics, values or morals when it comes to businessThis is a alarming statement in reference to his character, t ha the actually think he can get away with this [redacted] has similar complaints on ***, regarding his business ethics which are dishonest & meant to take advantage of people, especially in reference to keep thei money, even when he claims he will refundHe did not repair anything & misdiagnosed & feels entitle to keep my checkThere ARE SIMILAR REVIEWS ON ***, where he has misdiagnosed & kept the money & has not responded to customer trying to get a refund & has been rude I'm meeting with a detective with the [redacted] Police Dept today, with information that I have & more

We understand the homeowners concern about the nonstructural stress crack in the sidewalkHowever this item is not considered a defect in workmanship or material as per industry standardWe will happily repair any warranty items in the first year, but as the information provided ? to the homeowner details only defects in workmanship or material would apply?

We take great strides to properly set expectations for our new homeowners and provide documentation regarding many things to avoid issues like this. Unfortunately, non-structural stress cracks in poured concrete are normal, they do not affect the integrity of the concrete and are not something that would require a repair. In fact, repairs on non-structural stress cracks often make the area look more unsightly. We have explained this several times to this homeowner. Attached is a photo of the issue in question showing that this is a very minor, non-structural stress crack that does not require correction. Also attached is the documentation provided at closing and the homeowner's acknowledgment of its receipt. This is not a defect in workmanship or material and there is simply nothing more to be done with regard to this issue.

I am rejecting this response because due to the fact of going back and forth with the builder this is ridiculousI've been more then patient with your company in hopes of you making the repair upon requestThe subcontractor who placed the concrete must have had his eyes closed when he placed itAs a result of an agreement not being reached I'll take it upon myself to reach out to U.SDepartment of Housing HUD to have them look into the matterYour warranty company has informed me that I can file an arbitration to dispute this matter furtherAs I have explained numerous times, this is my home not yoursIf you could understand the reasoning behind my request to correct this issue maybe you would fully understandThe fact of the matter is that the concrete had it been placed correctly would in fact result in a crack not being presented in the walkwayIf you would possibly reconsider making the repair I would accept the response in fullHowever, you keep presenting documentation noting that we signed off on in agreement as this was due to providing documentation that we thought items we noticed in the Joint Inspection Report would be correctedYes, this is the correctMoreover, though as I have mentioned per what was pointed out to the Inspectors at the time of the final walkthrough in February regardless of how it was notated in the document your company should be held accountable to make the repairs necessary regardless of how it would present the look of the walkwayAs I have mentioned in all correspondence the only thing your company has allowed is the Subcontractor to come make the appearance of the walkway worse then what it looked like in February when it was originally pointed outI've offered to see how much it would cost to make the repair if your company is unwilling to allow the Subcontractor to make the repair necessaryI do not agree with being told by your company nor the Subcontractor involved that this is normalIf it in fact was then everyone's home within the Subdivision would have a crack in their walkways, but that doesn't appear soTherefore, if you would like to speak further I'll be available to meet at a time convenient for you as I have already extended this offer and it must have been overlookedI'm not going to accept the fact of having a crack regardless of what your company states in my brand new home.

I am rejecting this response because:I didn’t spend over a $150k for a brand new home to have an item regardless if it was a structural or contractual item have something wrong with itPer what has been discussed why isn’t everyone else’s home having the same situation? If all the homes are built by the same builder how is it that my home is the one with the item in need of repair? If the subcontractor were to come to my property and inspect the area pull up the concrete it would be recognized as to why the crack is displayedHow is it that the rest of the walkway is in perfect condition minus the one slab porition? Who can properly explain that to me in detail as to why the one area is cracked, no other homes are facing the same situation and why the rest of the walkway is in perfect condition

We are not sure what this complaint is about because as stated we only charged our service call fee for diagnosing the applianceThis trip charge/ diagnostic charge is non refundableAs far a the partsYes we look orders up based on model numbersWe have no control over how long a part takes to
come inWe can only order the part an have an expected time frame of delivery from parts company / manufacturerWe do not refund service calls based on parts being delayed The service call fees have nothing to due with partsThe part would be delayed for any company ordering the part as we all go through the same sourceIf the customer would like to complete the job we would be more than happy to and would apply the service charge to the repair costsThat's the best offer we haveBut as far as our trip charge / diagnostic charge there is no refunds

Spoke with customer on a number of occasions about refundWe explained that we were away and will handle when we cam backThis customer was paid as I stated to himFor some reason he didn't understand how online banking worked and wanted his check immediatelyHe became very hostile and made
threats on me and my familyHe also that he was coming to my home to collect his moneyMy wife over heard this conversation and was beside herself and felt that our family was in dangerIn any event if the customer understood what I explained to him this all could have been avoidedBelow the confirmation from *** ** *** when it was processed and when he was paid, thus ending this dispute which should have never occurredView Payment

I apologize for the late response to this complaint.  I've communicated with this customer a number of times with regard to this and sent her a refund of $130 for the parts she had paid for with the initial repair.  When I went to her home the first time the fridge was working when I left.  She called and said it wasn't working again and I returned only to find that the line had been pinched which would cause the fridge to cease.  When we do a service call or multiple service calls (which we did 2 in this case) we do have to charge the customer for our service, which is what she paid for.  It is unfortunate for both of us that the fridge was unrepairable upon my second visit.  Also, the allegations that my father is deceased are incorrect.  He is alive and well.

Im sorry but everything written here is a lie and I will not edify this complaint. You must have had a differ company at your home. We do not quote Repairs without seeing an appliance and my father is alive and well. Please contact the appropriate person that you are referencing because it's not...

[Wow.This couldn’t be further from the truth. Not only is there no corrosion of pipes in my home, this was never mentioned at all by [redacted] from All Brands.This is a flat out lie that [redacted] is saying to try to make himself not look so incompetent. My plumber will be happy to testify to this fact as well.What he was very clear on, from the first visit, was I had a problem with water pressure.He first told me that water pressure issue was due to a faulty piercing valve, which even though it was not faulty, I replaced. On second visit, he was very demeaning to me in scolding me for using generic water filters, but one thing remained constant – he said my problem was all about water pressure.He told me my plumber must be bad to install the piercing valve on that particular pipe, as he felt it had not enough water pressure. His recommendation was to move the valve to a different pipe.Despite my plumber telling me there was no issue with pressure at the valve, I had him replace it anyway. There was still no difference to the water coming out of fridge. Before plumber left, I had him check the water pressure coming out of the line which feeds the fridge. As soon as he pulled out the fridge, he noticed the kinked line. Looks like water pressure was the issue after all – unkink the line and the problem was solved.I’d also like to mention that in [redacted] response he doesn’t mention here about calling me and cursing me out for the complaint I filed.[redacted] from All Brands just called me very unprofessionally and berated me for a bad review on the internet and even cursed at me prompting me to hang up on him. He rants about his 45 yr family business and yells at me. Saying he might have made a mistake and does give refunds but because I went on internet with a bad review, he'll give me “expletive”. This man's Revdex.com rating needs to be reviewed. Please call me to discuss further at your convenience]
