Review: I received a call from All Island Capital aka Claremont Funding indicating that they could help me modify my properties ,for a fee . I agreed to pay them for their services . They charged me 7,000.00 . I gave them some information that they requested we signed some papers indicating that they would represent me with the modification . Time went by I reached out to the banks to see what stage they were in and they told me that All Island Capital had not made contact with them . I tried calling them but they would give me the runaround .Then one day I went to their office to find out that the place was closed and that they had moved . I spoke to the landlord and she told me that they had moved out in the middle of the night without paying her the rent . This unsettled me very much so .I told them that I was dissatisfied with their lack of work and I wanted my money back . That was the end of them communicating with me . I was able to make contact with [redacted] of the company , but he told me that he no longer worked for them . But I found it strange that the number that I called was the same number of the company . I believe that he was not being truthful to me . I [redacted] them and found out too late that they are a disreputable company and they have been doing this through the country , they are banned from operating in the state of Connecticut. This totaling made me feel like a fool to know that a company like this is still operating and preying on people ,taking advantage of the system and continuing with their criminal activity .Desired Settlement: I would like them to reimburse me my money along with some punitive monies also for their sheer falsehood and criminal activity on their false claim to help me when in fact they had no intent to help me at all.

As of today Thursday August **, 2013 All Island Capitol has not contacted me as yet and this case is still ongoing.

Templeton Group could be the umbrella company that All Island Capitol LLC & Claremont funding falls under, attached is a Demand Letter sent to

Templeton Group and still I have not been contacted or has this case been resolved.

They have not communicated with me at all, they are ignoring me completely. Please help!

Review: All Island Capital rep. [redacted] agreed on performing a loan modification, collected fees, and never delivered the service. Information first time was claimed as lost, and resubmitted, then information and documentation was repeatedly "lost" about 4 more times. Last conversation I had with [redacted], he claimed that process is in progress, and results should follow shortly. Then after another week, when I send an email with request of status update, he responded that documents are lost again, and that he will have somebody to look into this immediately. After that, phone calls and voice mails went unanswered, emails received no responses. Few days later phones seems have been disconnected.Desired Settlement: As stated in initial conversations and agreement with [redacted], I'm looking for full refund for fraudulent service.

Review: Scammed us out of $3000 for a supposed mortgage refinance. Never heard from them againDesired Settlement: Want my $3000 back. Have proof that checks were cashed

Review: The representative by the name of [redacted] was recommended to us by a friend to assist us with lowering our mortgage payments. This friend stated he got this company All Island Capital from the [redacted] and met with [redacted] he should be able to assist. This was around March or April 2012. After meeting with him we made numerous of calls he keep asking for more time. 2012 August I visited there location, this year around May or June I return the same location [redacted] there was no All Island Capital, there was also another name they go by I was able to see on the original business card given to us Claremont Funding. I was completely freak out when I saw lawnmowers selling at the location. I spoke to sale rep. who said that All Island Capital just pack up and leave no explanation. We started checking website and calling the phone numbers on the website, when someone did answer this person was very rude I ask to speak to a manger or someone who was responsible for there organization he requested to take a message stating that [redacted] is not there, I was furious demanding to speak to a supervisor this person hung up the phone I try to call back no one ever answer the phone. I was able to get the address which I notice Revdex.com do not have that is [redacted] because I had a friend of mine call and ask for direction. I visited the location I met with [redacted] after I was just inform he is not there. Again he ask for more time. I ask him to fax a copy of the agreement when we first sign with him he fax over a document and enter date June 2013 on the form. I have check payments showing proof we started 2012. We paid 1500 the day he visited our home an 1500 when I visited his location in [redacted] the first time. We are now in September 2013 more than one year we have spoken to Flagstar whom have our mortgage and stated this company All island Capital never contacted them to assist us with lowering our payments. What kills me [redacted] inform us if they are not able to fulfill we can get a refund. My mom is the owner I am the co-owner she called him today 09-**-13 there was no answer she was able to leave a message he has never return her call since. We paid this company 3000 we can use this funds towards our mortgage payment. We are reaching out to you all to see how you can assist us.Desired Settlement: [redacted] inform us if they do not satisfy us we will get a full refund, he said it will take 6 to 7 months for this process to be completed. It has been more than 12 months. We would like our money back since the service was not provided as promise, since all we receive from this company and there [redacted] was inconvenience. At this time, I have been contacted directly by All Island Capital LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The company did not contact me directly as I requested, they did contact my mom the second signer on this account.

FYI they did not contact us because of the complaint to Revdex.com, I know this because it was the next day or 2 after I left a voicemail, we were contacted because I left a voicemail on our point of contact [redacted] stating no one has reach out to us and if they cannot assist us we would like our money back.

What I am even more disappointed in it was not the representative [redacted] who assisted us that made the return call too my mom. [redacted] is the representative who had said he is our point of contact who made the promises, who present the offer nor did he contact us and inform of any changes.

The reason I said that is because when my mother receive the phone call the caller id indicated block no. the person inform us she will be our contact everything is in process. I contacted the Flagstar bank who holds our mortgage they inform no one contacted them.

Before I wrote the above information I had to select if the company contacted us or not. I select contact, even though they did not call me directly since my mom is also a signer on this loan I had to select the correct option. I believe if I left a voicemail informing you of my concerns you should have return the call your self and contact both parties since there was 2 signers. Instead someone else call block phone no. with the same answer we have been getting for the last 1yr and 7mths.

I desperately need you assistance $3000 is a lot of money to loose.

Review: The Templeton Group said they could get me a modification loan on my mortgage. I would cost me $3000.00 up front to get my interest from 6.99% to 3.75% , in order to save money.

I saw a news clip on channel 5 saying The Templeton Group were ripping people off. For weeks know I have been calling and getting no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like to just get my money back and move on.

Review: To whom it may concern on June **, 2012 I enter into an aggrement with the company listed 9All Island Capital. the representitive for the company [redacted] llc his office is [redacted]. After making several calls and them promising to get my interest rate reduced I have sent a letter to him about two weeks ago requesting my funds be returned to me. Check number [redacted] TD bank for the amount of 3500.00 dollars. To date I have not even recieved a responce. Review: This company promise to help us with a Mortgage Modification took our money $9,000.00 since 7/**. As of today they have done nothing, they stop calling us back after 8/**.

The Bank told us they haven't been able to contact them as well. We decide to go to the office today 9/** they didn't want to answer the door so we call the police. The police officer took our report and that when they let us in.

They gave me back my bank statement, paystubs which is all our personal information scary!! We now have to fight for our money and call the bank. Your prompt respond is most appreciated let stop these people from taking anyone else money.Desired Settlement: This is our Mortgage money which we would like in full immediately. You need to close this place down!!!
