AOL, Incguarantees our work 100% as stated in your contractAny defect in the material or installation would be covered under your warrantee [redacted] was actually completed 06/26/On 07/09/2015, AOL, Inctechnicians returned to address on "Work Order #2661." the items you requested were completed and you provided final paymentOn June 7th, 2017, almost years after 100% completion AOL, Increceived our first email from you regarding your synthetic lawn with pictures showing "sediment" that had washed down the sloped part of your yard onto the level synthetic lawn On June 13th, I personally responded to you and your concernI explained that the spring and winter rains/snow melt of had eroded your slope and had washed your existing bark dust, dirt, and 1/4" minus gravel walkway material onto the synthetic materialthis is a maintenance item, not an installation defectI tried to express to you that it needed to be cleaned up and there was no installation defect Your second email was June 28th, 2017, asking if I had been by your residence to look at your issueI had already responded to you about this and my findings from my site visit, through email on June 13th at 11:49AM I was not sure why your emailed AOL, Inc., again, on June 28th, after I had already responded to your concern on June 13th, via emailThese are all of our email correspondences from Yes, our office administrator answers the phone lines from 8AM- 430PM Monday- FridayAOL, Incalso tracks and logs all of our phone calls and we have no phone calls from your contact number, only the emails correspondences!
