There was a huge miscommunicationThe situation has been resolved

My name is [redacted] ***, I am the General Sales Manager at All Pro Auto GroupI was first made aware of this complaint when the customer called and verbally abused my title clerk, as well as my salesmanAny member of my management team would have been more than happy to speak to Mror Mrs [redacted] at any time had he or she given us the opportunity to do so As far as the condition of the pre owned, 'Sold As Is' vehicle, we ran the vehicle through our shop and spent over reconditioning the vehicleAt the time of purchase the customer noticed a slight shimmy in the steering when they applied the brakesI personally had the rotors replaced at that time as a gesture of good will as we are known to go above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfiedWe DO NOT EVER take advantage of anyone for any reason As another gesture of good will, we will be happy to re inspect the vehicle, replace any bulbs that have gone out as well as change the oil and top off fluids at no charge to our customers Please note that this vehicle when sold was a Honda Pilot with 145,miles on itWe sold the vehicle for $12,Retail value on said vehicle was $15,The customer received a VERY fair deal and as I personally recall where EXTREMELY HAPPY when they drove away That is why I am curious as to why it was a month after the sale the customer called and filed this complaintIf there was an issue with the vehicle why did the customer wait a month to file a complaint? As I said before, we are happy to take a look at the vehicle again and service itAlso, the customer signed an Sold 'AS IS' statement when the vehicle was purchasedNo vehicle with 145,miles on it could even remotely be considered in "perfect' condition

I am very unsatisifed and upset with the lies that are coming from this dealership (AllPro), I have a police report and pictures to prove what they are claiming are not correctEven the tow truck drive told my son that he better take pictures because the dealership was going to blame him for the wheel falling offAlso the insurance company/adjustor responded in a timely manner days and there was no back order on the wheels we were told Allpro's distributors no longer carried the wheels that they were discontinedBy all means we are also willing to get the insurance company involved again and let you speak to them about what happenedWe even had the lender involved and called the insurance company a second time, that is when we were told that the issue was settled they paid the dealership and was under the impression that we had the truck back, which we did notThe whole issue is that the dealership did not even inspect the truck before saling to us and put my son in dangerAlso isn't it funny that I could not get Mr*** to call me back all the times I left him messages but he has the time to sent you a letter that is a pack of lies. And isn't funny that a gentleman from Allpro contacted my son the last week asking him to get me to retract this complaintNo one from the dealership has contacted my son about getting the ABS line fixed, I had him call today and they were calling numbers that do not belong to any of usI have also been in contact with GM and they said this was an issue for Allpro which I have not heard from and GM was going to get me a copy of the inspection papers and detailed sheet of the work done. As of today I have rec'd the detail work sheet but have NOT gotten a copy of the inspection papers
Thanks ***

At this point it has gone way past the reimbursement of truck payments that we had to pay while the truck was at this dealershipI do not appreciate all the untruths and lies that are coming from this dealership (Allpro), example one please see attachment of the picture of the wheel at the scene before tow truck driver picked upDoes the wheel look attached to you or limp but leaning outware, NO it is off and not from hitting anything
I have also been in contact with the insurance company and been told that the claim has been paid in full with checks and finalized:
CK# *** 7/3/*** cashed 7/14/CK# *** 8/5/*** cashed 8/12/I have copies of the checks coming to me shortly and will forward a copy to Revdex.com if neededI also checked with Allstate and the adjustor was there the first time on 6/and again on 7/when the truck could not be alligned because of damage & the wheel issueAllstate went on to say that there was something hinky about the labor hours that Allpro charged
I do not believe for a minute that anyone was in contact with my son via text or any other way but if that was the case the issue is my name is on the vechile and I am the one that was calling and requesting informationWhy to the day has no-one been in conatact with me about any of these issue, I am listed as the owner of the vechile not my son!!
Also if Mr*** has been or is so concerned and sorry for this issues that happened why didn't he return any of the calls/message left for while while this was going on?

I am writing this response in reference to Revdex.com Claim # ***:
First and foremost I would like to express sympathy for claimant's loss of use of truck. With that said I do however defend our Company's name and reputation concerning this matter. The events that took place day
after claimant's purchase of the Chevrolet Silverado were in fact a concerning event. Unfortunately, several eyewitness including passing drivers, Tow Truck Operators and the Police did not see the event unfold the way it is claimed by Mrs***. According to witnesses Mr*** must have taken his eye off the road for a moment and drifted striking a curb and continuing through a drainage ditch and striking another curb where the damage occurred at the this point. If the ball joint had failed while driving down the street the moment he hit the first curb witnesses would have seen the oversized tire and wheel fold at that moment instead they saw it at point of contact of 2nd curb which was roughly 40-yards past the first one. The truck which was bought "AS IS" with approx120,miles on the odometer. With that being said when truck was towed to our dealership it was pointed out to Mr*** that his best cause of action was to file an insurance claim on his accident. Unfortunately, Mr***'s insurance company was not very efficient or timely in sending an adjuster out to survey damage. On top of the delay in insurance adjuster another delay occurred and that was a national back order of the Aftermarket Wheels Mr*** has on his truck.
In response to the ABS line, out of Goodwill of our Dealership and a gesture of sympathy for Mr*** our Service Manger has explained that there is NO CHARGE for the ABS line. We have called him numerous times asking him to please come and get this fixed. All-Pro Auto Group is in no fashion accepting fault in the ABS line but merely a token of sympathy for his delay in the original incidentPlease do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance in this matterSincerely,
Cripper Silcox

I have...

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]

My name is [redacted], I am the General Sales Manager at All Pro Auto Group. I was first made aware of this complaint when the customer called and verbally abused my title clerk, as well  as my salesman. Any member of my management team would have been more than happy to speak...

to Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] at any time had he or she given us the opportunity to do so.  As far as the condition of the pre owned, 'Sold As Is' vehicle, we ran the vehicle through our shop and spent over 1000.00  reconditioning the vehicle. At the time of purchase the customer noticed a slight shimmy in the steering when they applied the brakes. I personally had the rotors replaced at that time as a gesture of good will as we are known to go above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We DO NOT EVER take advantage of anyone for any reason.  As another gesture of good will, we will be happy to re inspect the vehicle, replace any bulbs that have gone out as well as change the oil and top off fluids at no charge to our customers.  Please note that this vehicle when sold was a 2009 Honda Pilot with 145,481 miles on it. We sold the vehicle for $12,500.00. Retail value on said vehicle was $15,481.00. The customer received a VERY fair deal and as I personally recall where EXTREMELY HAPPY when they drove away.  That is why I am curious as to why it was a month after the sale the customer called and filed this complaint. If there was an issue with the vehicle why did the customer wait a month to file a complaint? As I said before, we are happy to take a look at the vehicle again and service it. Also, the customer signed an Sold 'AS IS' statement when the vehicle was purchased. No vehicle with 145,481 miles on it could even remotely be considered in "perfect' condition.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this in response to 2nd claim posted by Mrs. [redacted] concerning Revdex.com case# [redacted].  First and Foremost, Mrs. [redacted] claim that a "wheel fell off" is not a factual statement by any means.  Furthermore, In Mrs.  [redacted] first claim she stated "major ball joint failure" causing her son to run off road and now the claim has changed to "wheel fell off"???... Like I explained in the first response, her sons truck is a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado truck sold "as-is", and that has an aftermarket lift kit and oversized tires rated for off road use.  When the truck came in on a flatbed I walked out and looked at it and at this point wheel was still attached with severe damage from striking a curb.  The wheel was in a "limp" position leaning away from truck and this was caused from a striking something.  This was an accident caused by driver and once again our sympathy goes out for time the time lost of use of vehicle.
As far as timeline all I can respond is that there was in fact an issue with customers wheel either being discontinued or on back order.  We first contacted Lagrange's finest vendor for aftermarket wheels and off road accessories and we were informed that this was case on the wheel.  The only reason the wheel needed replaced to begin with was it was bent from striking the 2 curbs with the second strike breaking the "knuckle" on suspension.  With that said I would also like to bring light to the fact that Mr. [redacted] accident occurred on 6/13/2015 and we did not see his adjuster in reference until 6/23/2015 and again for a supplemental claim of loss on 7/1/2015.  Once again I apologize for time delay in this matter but CLEARLY we were in a position where our hands were tied behind our back waiting and relying on Mr. [redacted] insurance company as well as the wheel manufacturer that supplied the aftermarket custom wheel for replacement.
From what I can gather the miscommunication in this matter stems from Mr.  [redacted] engaging with multiple employees from our dealership.  I just finished a conversation with one our Sales Mangers and he informed and presented a chain of text messages between Mr. [redacted] and himself.  From all accounts it appears there was in fact continuous communication between All-Pro and Mr. [redacted] throughout this entire ordeal.  So with that said, I am not clear on the claim of no response from All-Pro.
In conclusion, I would like to sincerely apologize again for any and all delays that occurred during the repair process in Mr. [redacted]'s.  I also would like to point out that as of this date we still have not received full payment from claimants insurance company.  The outstanding balance owed to us as of 10/06/2015 is $1556.77.  With that said I am sure it is apparent to all involved that it could not possibly be in All-Pro's best interest to extend further loss to claimant for an unfortunate accident.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
