Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject everythingThe stain on the ceiling was caused only because they didn't work on it fast enough and left it sittingThat's itThat is the reason we have a stain in the ceilingWe knew there were problems in the front I do not want to continue in any type of correspondence with this disgusting, disrespectful companyWe have had the RV fixed by a competent repair shop, where it was put directly into a garage and fixed in a WEEK, one week We didn't even get a bid until weeks after the RV was at your placeAnd your bid did not even address the rotten wood, it was to cover OVER the platform Shameful on your partYou de-valued our property and lied to us every step of the way And by the way, it was NEVER told to my husband that the RV would not be in a shopYou told us to bring it when you had a shop open, which was another lie Revdex.com can close this if they like, but without my approvalI DO NOT want to correspond any furtherBut I sure as hell am not giving my permission to close this claim to close in your favor Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer brought a rig in that had extensive damage that had been cosmetically covered over in the cab-over area. We brought the rig into the shop and inspected the roof finding that it was currently in serviceable condition with no apparent damage We then moved the vehicle to the yard where two technicians started dis-assembly of the cab-over area to try and find the extent of the damageStandard drop cloths and cleanup procedures were usedremoving the cosmetic plywood panels revealed the whole bed structure was badly rotted requiring extensive time in our two bay shopDuring this very wet December, we regularly checked the rig for water leaks and found noneThere was dry discoloring of the ceiling carpet around the antenna and a technician did seal that area as a precautionEverything was dry and even the rotten wood was drying outThe customer then came out to check on his rig and found the carpeting under the front window soakedOur response was 'That's impossible, we were just out there two days ago and it was dry.' Several of us went out and searched for the source of the new leakAfter several inspections, we finally found the new leakI have an mpvideo (not included in the attachment formats above) taken the day the customer discovered his rig wet inside and picked the vehicle upIt shows a new leak coming through the factory seal between the glass and the aluminum frameAs the video shows there is no stain on the carpet where the window was leaking
The customer apparently wanted the rig kept in covered parking which we do not offerWe do not provide bids on these type of jobs because the extent of the damage cannot be determined until the rig is disassembledRepairing leaks and water damage is one of our specialties and though we try to minimize further damage, the majority of the cost on a job like this is replacing the structural componentsCosmetic staining is remedied by steam cleaning if necessary
The customer seams to indicate that there was a new "huge foot long water stain in the living area ceiling." This was not there when the rig left the lotThe only wet area was from the leaking window onto the cab-over bed
We provided the customer the services that have made our business a great success for more than yearsWe never promised covered parking and regularly checked the vehicle for leaksThat the customer came out when a new leak occurred does not place the damage under our control and therefore not our responsibility

To whom it may concern
The vehicle in concern was brought in with water damage and dry rot. As the ceiling fabric was damp and stained and the wood below was wet and dry rotted, the obvious diagnosis was roof leak. at that point the roof was resealed in that area, the fabric...

cleaned and a portion of the supports and brackets removed to start the drying process. The motor home at this pint pulled out of the shop to dry. Unbeknown to any one, there was a leak in a near by window that had not been discovered, by us or the owners of the motor home. When the owner came to check on the progess, thats when the window leak was discovered. prior to that the motor home was in side and the window leak was not obvious or discovered. Most of the dry rot damage was not visable  until we took the vehicle apart and this was the first time the owner was able to see it. Dry rot damage takes months and years, not the short few weels the vehical was at out facility

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

I am NOT talking about the dry rot. I KNEW that was there, what WAS NOT there was the staining on the ceiling. That was caused by your negligence in leaving the RV out in the rain for over a month. We know it was outside, we saw it out, we drove by and saw it out. It never moved from the spot it was in. You avoided phone calls, you didn't start work on it until over a month of having it on your property. Complete incompetence and lies being told. You know what you did, we know what you did. I hope people read the reviews I am leaving about you everywhere I can. You should not even be in business.

The entire basis of this complaint is for the staining on the ceiling. That was not there when we brought it in. If it has been kept inside it would not have had that leak happen. We do not leave the RV out in bad weather ever. The stain is your fault, not ours. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I reject everything. The stain on the ceiling was caused only because they didn't work on it fast enough and left it sitting. That's  it. That is the reason we have a stain in the ceiling. We knew there were problems in the front.
I do not want to continue in any type of correspondence with this disgusting, disrespectful company. We have had the RV fixed by a competent repair shop, where it was put directly into a garage and fixed in a WEEK, one week.  We didn't even get a bid until 3 weeks after the RV was at your place. And your bid did not even address the rotten wood, it was to cover OVER the platform.  Shameful on your part. You de-valued our property and lied to us every step of the way.
And by the way, it was NEVER told to my husband that the RV would not be in a shop. You told us to bring it when you had a shop open, which was another lie.
Revdex.com can close this if they like, but without my approval. I DO NOT want to correspond any  further. But I sure as hell am not giving my permission to close this claim to close in your favor.

Sincerely,[redacted]
