The company was hired to install a patio cover and flagstone in the backyard On the patio cover the molding was not straightMolding was cut short causing gapsThe cuts in the main beam was cut short causing gapsThe calking was not correctly appliedThe flagstone installation was not done correctlyNot dug deep enoughUsed sandDid not place stones close enoughFilled in gaps with small flagstone piecesDid not cap all sprinklers correctly causing a water leak resulting in a wet spot under the flagstoneLoose sand everywhereSpaces between stones not filled in correctly with crushed granite The stones were not installed correctly causing broken stonesUnevenWas not packed with a machineNot levelHad two different crews to work on the flagstonelong delays to work on the projectCompany wants last payment minus a $discount and does not want to correct the problemsThe flagstone looks horribleThe flagstone needs to be redone

Larry H [redacted] did a fantastic job for my uncle We noticed a much lower bill during the summer months when he was using his AC system

Last year during the month of November (2014) my husband & I decided to have our back patio enclosed & covered along with the side of our house between the back of the garage & kitchen door coveredWe looked up different patio covering businesses & decided to hire All Seasons Windows & Patios because after going into their showroom to see what they have to offer & one of their sales representatives, Larry, coming over to our home, free of charge, & laid out a design plan as to what the patio enclosure & cover would look like, we were thrilled! After all the work was completed in a timely manner, we are so amazed at how it all turned outIt looks so wonderful & beautiful! Many special "Thanks" goes out to the Whole team that worked on this project!!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Once again, with the rains, there is water leakage and streams of water running into our property upstairs due to the company's failure to effectively install our new windows and due to their failure to effective repair the leakage when initially notified This is unacceptable It is anticipated to continue to rain throughout the week and this needs to be remedied immediately It was our expectation when we paid nearly $for window installation that the work would be performed properly As you may recall the initial contract was closer to $and the company offered us a minimal (less than three percent) discount for the installation delays We've already had [redacted] come to our home to allegedly repair these exact same leak issues the last time it rained (November); however, the water leakage continues We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company We contacted the company again today to express our dissatisfaction and inform them of the continued leakage Further, it is noteworthy to state that the signature on the bottom of the page is "cutoff" so it is difficult to discern if it is, in fact, my husband's signature and the line above the company technician's signature where it appears that a customer would sign remains blankFinally, it would be difficult for any homeowner to assert that he/she is satisfied with the repair when it has not been tested to determine if leakage continues Regards, [redacted] ***

Just two week ago I contacted all season windows and patio for and est MrLarry Hayes came out to the house and laid a plan out for us, after talking with my wife we,were ready to have Mr.Hayes go ahead with it One and half weeks later they call and set up the time to come out and install itThe crew came out and I was very surprised on two guys showed up with a truck full of patio covering material and told me they would have it up in one day,"well ok" I guess Let me tell you they did and outstanding job on this,well done and in a timely matter I would hire them again for any job that they do Thank You "All Season " FOR A JOB WELL DONE Your Price was very reasonable [redacted]

Contract signed on Mar 22, now Jun 5, and no work has startedPermit drawing was incorrectPersonnel did not submit payment with permitVery unprofessional

I had All Season remove my old wood patio cover and replace it with an aluminum patio coverDoug the lead did a great job monitoring my construction and keeping me updatedI highly recommend Doug and this company for your home projects

The [redacted] wananty is three years labor, ten years materialsNo customer should ever want a product to be warranted or guaranteed by a salesman or a storeTheir purpose is to distribute the product with the warranty being provided by the manufacturer [redacted] is frustrated that his patio cover, provided by Metals and installed by their factorytrained contractor, [redacted] n, is leakingWe have been there several times to service the product( For example: a customer buys a television, manufactured by **, from a salesman that works for [redacted] and needs service from an authorized factory warranty centerThe product is repaired at no cost to the consumer if it is warranted and the bill is sent to the manufacturerAssuming that the television was not dropped, installed or hooked up electronically incorrect, this would be a process for manufactured products including **'s aluminum patio cover.) Wood patios are normally built from scratch with wood, nails, and etceteraIn this case, the builder would certainly be responsible for the warranty [redacted] 's patio cover was a premanufactured aluminum cover that, at the time of sale, was recommended to him be mounted under the eve as opposed to on the eveMost pre-manufactured covers should always be mounted under the eve [redacted] had a new roof on his house and made it quite clear that he did not want his new roof disturbedWe would gladly return to his house, disassemble his cover and reinstall it under the eve if he would grant us permissionThis has been offered to him as a solution before, but he still didn't want his new roof disturbedIt probably will leak occasionally because of the way [redacted] 's house is builtHis main roof dumps their water onto the patio when it is mounted to the eveWhere as if it was under the eve and had a gutter on the eve, then the roof would be dumping the water into the eve gutter and there would be no leaksThe patio cover's gutter system is designed to handle only the water collected from the patio, not the water from the entire roof [redacted] contacted [redacted] and received no response from themWe were going to continue to service and try to help [redacted] receive some resolution from [redacted] , but he chose to complain to [redacted] and the Revdex.com as opposed to complaining directly to [redacted] who would have been glad to help him as long as he understood that it was the manufacturer that was providing the warranty, not the salesman nor the storeIf [redacted] had simply confronted [redacted] rather than taking out his frustration through [redacted] and the Revdex.com, a solution may have been found working together to persuade [redacted] to provide some relief [redacted] has insulted and threatened lawsuits to several people at All Seasons Windows and Patios, and at this point, unless we receive an apology from him, we are no longer interested in helping him attain relief from [redacted] , his warranty providerIf he wants to adopt a conciliatory attitude and apologize to the people trying to help him, then we may assist him in resolving these issuesAfter twenty years, I have never known [redacted] to grant any refundsTheir policy is to repair their covers and install them under eves as they recommendSo until that is done, I am afraid [redacted] will remain frustrated and his cover will continue to leak and he will not receive refunds from [redacted] or anyone else Thank you, [redacted] ***

On May 14th I signed a contract for a patio cover the price [redacted] wanted was [redacted] I said NoThe next day I said I would do it for *** [redacted] said he would need a managers approvalHe called back said he Manager approved it and came over and took [redacted] deposit Later that day another person came over and measured the project and took [redacted] more which he said they needed to order the materials Job was suppose to be completed around 6-15-On May 30th I called in to see how things were going and a secratary told me she would get back with me The next morning I received a text back from her that the company was going to cancel my contract because they were not making any money on the dealI also received a letter saying the same thing dated 6-1-from [redacted] After days of having my money of [redacted] which was to get Material they sent me a refund checkI had days to cancel the patio cover but why can they cancel at any timeI feel they should com

There were some unusual events that happened in the purchases and insulation of the windows at MR [redacted] and DR [redacted] ***'S homeFirst the factory data entry person missed entered "1" window 9"bigger then it should have beenWe had to re order the enlarged window of courseTwo other windows were accidently broken during installationThis set us back scheduling wise a couple weeks, while the factory was remaking those windowsNormally we are able to complete most jobs regardless of number of windows, in one or two daysWe completed the entire job recently to there satisfactionWe apologized for the delay of the jobI personally met with MR [redacted] and DR [redacted] ***, they ensured me that they were now completely satisfied, Thank you, [redacted] ***
