To whom it may concern:My name is [redacted] I am the owner of All Secured Security Services, I have read over the complaint and discuss it with my technician [redacted] regarding this matter Mr [redacted] has informed me that we have done one previous job for Ms [redacted] before the one in question Mr [redacted] states that it is true that there was a o'clock appointment and that he had contacted Ms [redacted] around 3:55pm to let her know that he had just finished up at another job in Dublin, Ohio and was leaving to head to her job in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and would be running late In her complaint it states that Mr [redacted] was minutes late, our vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracker that allows us to monitor our techs whereabouts and our records indicate Mr [redacted] was actually late to the location of [redacted] Reynoldsburg, OhioAll Secured's goal is to provide highest quality of service for our customers we always try to make every appointment on time but if a previous job runs a little longer sometimes we will not always be 100% on timeWe do however try to communicate with the customer by calling them as soon as possible and most do understand due to their hectic schedulesObviously in the security business we cannot leave a job until it is 100% secured and all lock are reinstalled and keys returnedRegarding the pricing issue that Ms [redacted] is complaining aboutMr [redacted] states that he discussed with Ms [redacted] what he could do regarding the door locks at her jobOn rental properties we always recommend removing knob locks and installing passage locks leaving only the deadbolts with keys to workThe reason for this is to prevent accidental lock outs of tenants the thought behind this is a tenant who locks themselves out would have to lose their keys not accidently lock them in the houseA knob Lock can be accidently locked without key present as well as it saves the customer money the next time around because its one less lock to rekey She asked him how much the locks cost which [redacted] replied to her with the cost of $each, this was only the price of the lock and did not include the labor price to install themIt is possible that he did not explain that to her clearly which would explain the misunderstanding and the statement that he told her we had done work for her before and that she should have known relates to the followingMr [redacted] states that when he finished the job and wrote up the invoice she questioned the labor charge to which he replied to her that it was the same as the previous job we had done for her that there is a material charge and a labor charge always and claims he never stated that she should've known better Mr [redacted] is one of our best and longest employed employees of years and is usually very thorough he has the most positive comments on Google more than any other locksmith that we employedWe always try to give any property owner and management companies preferred pricing and we service a large amount of these companies in central Ohio We take pride in our reputation and have been a member of the Revdex.com for many years, we have been pushing for licensing of locksmiths in the state of Ohio because we are honest and try hard to appease every customer and offer some the most fair competitive pricing to most locksmiths in OhioWe most certainly do not follow in the foot steps of the other locksmiths that quote a price then change it like the many Revdex.com complaints that are received from the out of state locksmiths we are all familiar with Our track record with the Revdex.com should show this as well as the many Google, Angie List, Yelp and Yahoo comments show I have included a copy of the invoice in question so as everyone can review it and judge for themselves if we were being deceivingI would be happy to offer Ms [redacted] a 10% discount on her next job if she chooses to use us again but I think this is just one of those circumstances that happens every once in a while keeping the statement " You can't make everyone happy" a true realityI would also be available for Ms [redacted] to contact me and discussMy cell phone number is ###-###-#### my full name is [redacted]
