They rip people off, charge for services ths that they don't even fix ,keep your vehicles unless paid for the services not complete, people on drugs
Charged for services after repeatedly told not to touch vehicle charged for services that are incomplete made vehicle until safe the sales individual was heavily medicated falling asleep while in conversation very unprofessional I had to pay another shop to fix all they messed up, they mismatch prices one person will tell a price and teen another will tell you more just the worst experience

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OF! They stated vehicle was done on Saturday 03/10/and the Owner Marc advised us to be there at 730am there was a female there who proceeded to listen in on the conversation and yelled at marco that she told us to be there by am Marco still told us to come at so he can go ahead and help us with pricing and payingWe went there on Saturday at like the owner told us and the female was there and told us Marco is sick and we would need to deal with her...It went down hill from there she told us to sit down and she will be with us when she couldSo as told we sat down and waited my boyfriend then had asked her a question on who owned the facility her answer to us was Sir I am not ready to speak to you so just be quiet until I am ready to deal with you because I have a lot of numbers in my head and that's not important right nowShe proceeded to apply her make up when she told us she was warming up the computersWe sat there until we figured out she was not doing anything and asked her to get us our bill so we could pay and leave she then started shouting to us in Greek/ English and shoved her coffee in my face saying I Haven't had my coffee yet you both need to calm down and return to our seats now! She then started going back and forth to the Tech bringing him in saying she felt threatened and wanted him to come video tap the situation which he did he pulled his phone out and video recorded everythingNot once did we threaten her but as they both said she has been punched in the face before with previous customersGoing on 45mins now and still no price for the transmission repair she quoted us $plus $for diagnostic testing in the beginning but couldn't give a set price when we got there to pay because she kept trying to add an extra $onto the bill and more tax onto the already taxed bill in the beginning we were only told one official quote how it kept going up in beyond meShe kept on adding money and trying to get an arouse out of us and commenting nasty things from under her breath the whole time we were there she seemed to be on drugs she was slurring words and couldn't focus on anythingWe tried Paying her with different means of money and new stories popped up the CC machine has been down for a couple days after we tried different credit cards, she then said I'm going to need you to go get a money order or cash we said no cash , she then said she would take a check so we drove all the way home for her to decline the check payment because her bank said it would take 5-business days to clear which is when she came back we asked for the check back and she said she lost it when it was sitting in her wallet the whole time she was looking for it she finally gave us the check because we pointed it out to her where it was sitting because we clearly saw it .....she then called in her family members to the shop to play as customers and brought them over to us and introduce them to us as happy customers of hers unlike us and this is who she normally deals with not out of control people like usshe then had our vehicle lifted in the air and would not release us our vehicle so we then had to go pay for a rental to get to and from work and we still do not have our vehicle back this place is a joke complete scammers and they hold you vehicle hostage even when you have payment ! Would run far from this place they are the most unprofessional scammers drug seeking people everWe were trying to pay to get our truck out and she turned every payment away and didn't release our vehicle after dealing with her yelling nasty behavior from am until pm with nothing solved and still no bill because she keeps trying to add more and more money to the billSTAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I promise I couldn't make this up if I tried never in my life have I been in this situation!

Get an estimate in writing!! No way went to have a trans rebuilt ask for an estimate was told that they have plus years rebuilding transmissions and never seen a rebuild on a fgo over $and most are $without a new converter but will not give written estimate! Should have know he was a thief right then but still have faith in people and told him to go ahead,when I returned for truck he said I needed a new converter and the price was $a $over guaranteed estimated price when I asked for a reduction in price I was told he would put a mechanics lean on my truck.All-Tech Transmissions robber without a gun

I brought my car to All Tech Transmissions and told them I have a warranty on my car and that before any work could be done it must be authorized by warranty company The whole contract was given to them from the warranty company with number to call after a diagnose was made All tech Transmission informed me that they would have to charge me $for the diagnose, which I agreed to payingI informed All tech that they were not to perform any work on car before insurance company agreed to cover repair All tech contacted me and stated that the warranty company will not pay for repairs because Transmission would have had to be a pre-existing condition I called warranty company to follow up and it was like they saidI called All tech and they stated that I owed them $more because they dismantled the transmission and wanted to get paid for the work they did I informed them I did not authorize them to dismantle my transmission and to put my car back together They stated my care was on the lift and that they were not able to pull it down until I made payment I told them I refuse to pay for a car that I drove in and you dismantled without my consent and warranty company approval They put a mechanicle lean on my car and charged me for storage fees of $on top of repairs I called police when I discovered that they had applied for the Title to my car for non paymentI called the police and filed a police report See police report SXXX-XXXXXX (Keep in mind I drove my car in and was not able to drive it off because the parts to the car are in the trunk of car) The police came and tried to remedy situation but was unsucessful They stated it was a civil matter and that I would have to take it to court When I went to pick up a copy of police report from records I requested all police reports on this facility There were reports made on this business from 2016- to present, complaining about billing procedures(Charging much more then Estimated cost without consent from consumer See report #SOXXX-XXXX, SOXX-XXXXX,SOXX-XXXXXX, SOXX-XXXXX, SOXX-XXXXX, SOXX-XXXXXX, SOXX-XXXXXX, SOXX-XXXX, One reported that Nicole LCo-Owner assaulted a pregnant customer after customer refused to pay a price that was not quoted to her See Police report #SXXX-XXXXXX Nicole Lwas arrested Cases remain open in court see Court record number XX-XXXXX-MM, Battery charge filed on Owner Nicole Lon 9/30/2016, See Court record number XX-XXXXX-CF, Feloney Battery charges filed on Nicole L(Owner) on 8/22/ See court case #A43V3RE on Nicole L*** for Care less driving filed on 9/5/Found guilty 10/11/ See Court case *** on Nicole LDriving while license suspended or revoked on 9/5/Plea entered on 10/11/2016, See Court record XX-XXXfor Nicole Lfor Domestic Battery on 5/5/case still opened Please do your homework befor going to this establishment You have been warnedIf allowed I will update this report if resolution is found

Alltech Transmissions Repairs and Services did a fantastic job on my mitsubishi galantWhen I got it back it drives so smove like a new car I highly recommend them

I was experiencing a shudder when driving my Chevrolet I didn't know what it wasI ended up calling ALLTECH transmissions repairs & services and spoke to Marco and SuzanThey informed me of my optionsI decided not to tow it in, so I went there, and opted for the multi check by their technicians After about an hour or so I was informed that unfortunately they couldn't duplicate the issue I was experiencing so they said that I should take my car back and drive it and if or when it happens regularly or more frequently to call them, and bring it back I mediatelyI just want to say, I was very impressed because I did not experience any sales pressure from themI was pretty sure I had a problem with my transmission, but I decided to take their professional adviceThey informed me that the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair if indeed I needed a repairI must admit, I was actually hoping they would take the car in the first timeNow, I was driving to work later this week and experienced the shutter terribly loudly I called them and they towed my car in immediatelyThey also offered to rent me a car since it is Fourth of July weekend I was very impressed because ALLTECH paid for half of the rentalToday is only Thursday, and I got a call my transmission is done and my vehicle is ready to pick upI dropped off the vehicle off on Friday of last week and got it back before the holiday weekendI wanted to post this review for them because I found the most genuine and honest auto transmission repair shop, and I like to help others have great experiencesThanks again

I got a mechanics lein on my car n company still won't release it to me
I had an appt with this company on 6/@ 10:30a I arrived at 10:35a as I walked in no one greeted me or anything finally a guy named Marco decided to help me I TOLD him what I thought was wrong with my car so he said LET me tell you our process, he said WE will have to run a diagnostic test on ur car he said it cost I stopped him n told him I don't have money for that we don't have to go any furtherHe said don't you have the extended warranty I said yesSo we call the company up (***) and I gave him my phone so the reo can explain the process WHATEVER they told him on the phone he said he was going to run the diagnosticNow at this point Marco goes n fives the mechanic my keys n tells me it's going to be an hr now it's about 11:15a so I leave I came back at 12:05p Marco said someone was test driving my car thus is the 2nd drive test they did they don't see nothing wrong with my car so he says

When I brought my truck to Alltech Transmissions to rebuild the transmission ( for reverse issues), the owner charged me $( tax included) up front for labor ( she asked for labor payment in advance in order to schedule me in front of other waiting cars and I agreed); the parts were going to cost about $so in the next 2-days she was supposed to let me know the exact amountAfter a few days *** ( the owner) called me back saying I owe them $4,( tax included ) on top of the $I paid up front, so a total of almost $instead of $When I asked where did she come from with this huge amount she told me it was for the labor because the $paid up front did not cover all the labor and if she was to charge me for overnight parking I would've ended up being charged even more so I should be happy she didn'tAt this point I called the police and I went there; the cops told me I was the third one that day making the same complaint for being overcharged***'s husb

The worst auto repair experience of my life, and I'm over I had my Mitsubishi Outlander towed to All Tech for a transmission repair when another repair shop that didn't do transmission repairs told me they couldn't fix it I found All Tech on the web and their site claims that they can do a repair for $ When I called them, they told me that because my vehicle was a front wheel drive that the cost would be $and that they needed the money before they would do anything That should have been a red flag, but I'm a very trusting person so I put the repair cost on my debit card
Then I got what should have been a second red flagAs soon as they retrieved the funds from my bank account, I got a call from the bank's fraud prevention department to verify that the transaction was approved I should have declined it at that point, but I needed my car repaired After not hearing from All Tech for a few days, I called to see what the status of the repair was I was told that the technician had the transmission on the bench and had not yet determined what the problem was, but that they would call me back when they knew I was also asked if I knew that I had a CVT transmission, I indicated that I did, and asked if that was a problemMark said 'no' and that they would call me soon
I waited for three more days and called them back, because I hadn't heard from them Mark told me that I had two options for repair, a new replacement from Mitsubishi with a year warranty that would cost over $6,dollars, or a rebuilt unit with a three year warranty at a cost of about $3,dollars I was stunned, I asked him what I had paid $for and was told that was the labor cost for diagnosing the problem I argued that their website gives the impression that a transmission rebuild could be done for the price quoted on the websiteHe insisted that was not the case I told him to just put it back together He said that they couldn't do it that day because his technician was sick There were things that I needed out of the vehicle so I asked if I could come get them and made arrangements to do so When I got there my car was on the lift with the transmission ripped out of it I got the items I needed after he insisted that I pay the tax on the $that he had charged me for nothing more than a diagnosis Now the cost was just shy of $ I let him know that I was not happy about paying that much for a simple diagnosis
While I agreed that he was due something for time and labor, $was exorbitant considering that no repair was done This is a TRUE RIPOFF JOINT
A few days later, I get a call from a woman claiming to be his book keeper who said that they had lost my ticket and that she needed to reproduce it, but she needed my information to recreate the ticket As I was giving her the info she asked me why I wasn't getting my vehicle fixed After I told her why, she tried to sell me another vehicle that some one else had left after they could not pay for repairs This should have been the third red flag, but we got cut off before I could tel her no When I called back, Mark answered the phone and I told him what happened He told me that she sometimes overstepped her boundsAt this point he also told me that while they were in the process of putting my car back together, they broke the starter and had to order a new one, so that I couldn't have it picked up for a few days
After about a week and a half I finally get a call back from Mark indicating that I could come pick up my vehicle I asked if it was running and he said that the technician told him that it was running better than when it came in Before I could go get it, he called back and said that the technician had not actually driven the car, just backed it out of the garage I had it towed to my house
I am still fuming because as I see it, THIS BUSINESS MISREPRESENTED ITSELF, ITS PRICING, AND ITS CAPABILITIES, and the fact that it is trying to sell other cars on the side says I'm not the only client who's been RIPPED OF!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!
