All Time Paving

All Time Paving was a recommendation from my neighbor so I assumed that I was in good hands. Unfortunately this is just another fly by night company that scams people. I asked for a paved driveway and was quoted $2000. What I received was a think layer of recycled rocks. A week into using the driveway tire were deeply imprinted in it. Now I have grass and ants coming through everywhere. The only upside to all this was that my tenants planted some flowers next to the driveway which takes your attention away from this $2000 mistake. Joke of a company that is no longer returning my calls. I want my money back.

Complaint05/24/2016 All State Paving installed material that was not as described and eroded and washed out in less than a month. All State Paving came out on 05/24/2016 and paved my driveway. I was told that the material used would be 3"-4" thick and it was only 1"-2" thick,I complained immediately.They tried to deny the fact. There was also tree limbs/branches in the material.I continued to complain and was told that I would not have any problems out of the driveway, it would last forever and if so ,they would make it good. My driveway is now eroding/washing out 1 month later.I have tried calling and discussing matters on several different occasions with All State Paving. The people who work for All State Paving should be prosecuted and made to pay back all the people they have scammed. I paid $2700.00 to All State Paving and I want to be refunded all $2700.00.Desired SettlementAll State Paving came out on 05/24/2016 and paved my driveway. I told him that I would redo the straight lane from the concrete to the road and not cover couple small pieces around carport with recycled asphalt millings. My crew showed up 9:00 wednesday july 13th and put recycled asphalt on drive at no charge. I talked to [redacted] thursday evening. The driveway washed out in two weeks after the first rain. We hired All Time Paving on 7/22/13 to lay recycled asphalt on our driveway and parking pad around the garage area at a cost of 4,100.00. After the first rain (one week) it washed out the lower part of the driveway. I called All Time Back and they came right out and fixed the issue (at that time I still owed them money) I paid them the balance due after they fix the wash out. The next rain it washed out in the same area and other spots. Called the company back and was told they would be back out in a couple of weeks and never showed up. I called and spoke with [redacted] and was told it will take a little longer to get back out. This went on and on and they never came out to look at the problem much less fix the problem. Talked to [redacted] again around late October or first of November and was told by [redacted] they were through working for the year and will start back around March of 2014 and he would be back at that time. Waited and he never called me back so I called him again. This time he said they wrecked his truck and his paver was destroyed. Again another delay. I told him I needed my driveway repaired and we need to get this done within a few weeks are I was going to file a complaint to the Revdex.com and clerk of courts. At that time he was very defensive and told me to never call him again.Desired SettlementAt this point I would like a 100% refund. I do not want to do any more business with this companyThey will honer there word or work.

Inferior workmanship quality.In 2 mo. time the repairs have erroded,cracked,&rippled. Last mo. I called the contractor to disuss and never heard back.In May, 2014 All Time Paving was contracted to repair [redacted] with crushed asphalt. Within 2 months of the repairs most of the patched and paved areas have worn away to the original road surface, cracked, and/or rippled. It is now 3 months since the work was done and the degrading of the new work continues. I placed a call on behalf of the homeowners on our road, to the contractor, [redacted] in July, 2014 to discuss the concerns noted above and as of today, 8/17/14 he has not called me back. The workmanship has been very poor and the materials used are not wearing as we were told they would. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience and it is troubling that the contactor/owner will not call back to discuss these concerns. Desired SettlementRepair/redoing of the work to the quality/level promised.

Company owner promised to stand behind his work and come back for repair issues. First made excuses, now won't return our calls.On 10-24-14, All Time Paving, with a Columbia, SC address,very nice equipment, was paving driveways in the Camden, SC area. We saw them working,and they came to our house soliciting work. This was crushed asphalt. We have a long drive and decided to have part of it done. We told them if we were happy we would do add'l part next year. It looked very nice when done, and we paid them $6000. Within the month, we had rain and the drive began washing in front of our garage. We called them, and [redacted] said they would take care of it as soon as they could get back to Camden. We called again, [redacted] (owner) said he would come back in hot weather, but swore he would make it right and we would be happy. June 2015 hot weather came, [redacted] didn't call, so we began leaving messages. To date, July 22, 2015, nothing!! Their business card shows All Time Paving, P.O. We are very disappointed in the lack of response from a man who made promises to make things right. We get the feeling that these men move from place to place and don't care who they cheat. Nothing was listed for All Time Paving in Columbia, SCDesired SettlementIf this company would have come back and fixed what needed to be fixed, we would have been happy.Best scenario, we would still like everything repaired. Otherwise, we want money back!!
