They missed their own assigned window (11-noon) in the very middle of my workday, and when I called to see what was going on, I was told it would still be awhile longerAt this point I asked to be rescheduled, and was given a date over TWO WEEKS laterWhen I expressed my frustration with my wasted time and missed work and the long reschedule date, owner/employee Robbie then got sulky and defensive, saying repeatedly, "IT'S NOT FAIR TO BLAME ME" - not sure who he thinks is to blame for his missed appointment!! This guy came across as a young, first-time entrepreneur who had no experience or awareness of what it means to provide customer service, or about keeping your word when YOU schedule an appointment with a customer (or at least call!)I was so flummoxed/frustrated, I asked my husband to take over the conversation, but he abandoned the effort after it became clear that Robbie had plenty of other work and wasn't concerned with trying to fix his mistake or accommodate us at allIf I could rate lower than star, I would

I bought a [redacted] for this business and looked up the business on the google and saw that All Weather Furnace and Duct cleaning is located very close to my house. Since I had to go to the neighborhood this evening, I thought I would go in person and find out about the appointment because I called them from my home phone, work phone and cell phone for a week and nobody responded. I saw that they were open today from 8 am to 6 pm. When I went to the address given around 5pm, it seemed that it was a house ([redacted]). I thought they must be operating from a house may be, so knocked on the door. A lady showed up and when inquired whether it was the business, she said yes. Then she said he was not there may be she could give me the person's (she said his name is Robby) cell number. I got the cell number and left thinking that I would call him later. But I immediately got a call from Robby and when I picked up the phone he started shouting at me saying why did you go to somebody Else's house etc. I didn't know that it was somebody else's house or anything about his business there, but he was blaming me for his inefficiency. I went there because I saw that it was the business address given on the Web and the opening hours.

Given all the incidents I am not interested doing business with this company and would not recommend anyone to do business with them at all.
