I was more than satisfied with my business interaction with Able Home Inspections. I live in MA & wanted to hire a home inspector to perform a general, mold and radon inspection. Despite receiving a listing that my realtors clients had used in the past, based on my phone or online reviews, I was dissatisfied with the vendors. My own research brought me to Able Home Inpections and from my initial phone call to receipt of his report, I felt very confident that I had selected the right company to handle my home inspection. The detailed report, which included vivid pictures and lab results gave m the confidence in understanding the condition of the purchase and the items that needed to be resolved.
In closing, I would highly recommend using his services as he was professional yet accessible and described and/or suggested options for remediation.

My insurance company scheduled transportation with Favour to take me to a doctor's appointment then bring me back home. When they hadn't arrived by the scheduled time I called the insurance company. They tried to get in touch with the driver to find out where they were. After about 10 minutes of trying and getting no answer the gal contacted my doctor to explain why I wouldn't be at my appointment so that I wouldn't get charged for last minute cancellation. This is the third time there was a problem with Favour not arriving when they were supposed to. The time prior to this they left me sitting at the doctor's office over 2 hours waiting for the driver to take me back home.

Bruce cane to my future home on time and very professional. I really appreciated the time he took with me going over the negative AND the positive of the home. The final inspection was so easy to read along with the pictures and descriptions it took me right back to the home on paper for easy review. Now I have a beautiful home with no surprise issues or problems. Having a home inspection was definitely the best decision to make in the process of buying a home. Thank you Able Home inspection!
