On June 7, My mother was to have the Allegheny Medical Transport transport her to a dr apt My mother got discharged that day from *** *** *** *** so the nursing home cancelled everything I went to the home on June and pick her up took her to the apt and then to her homeShe received a bill in July for this serviceThe company was called and they reassured me that there would be no charge since the service was not used Now several months down the road My year old mother is receiving a bill for services that were not usedI have tried to call the company but could not talk to anyoneNo one is every in the billing officeSomething needs done about how they treat Senior citizensA lot of older people would just pay the bill
