COMPLAINT # [redacted] I have attached the signed paperwork from the person filing the complaintThe misunderstanding is on there end, we are bond company that has been in business for over years and very rarely have a complaint MsS [redacted] posted a bond for the individual who was picked up on drug charges and we provided a service to facilitate their release, which we didAll terms and conditions are discussed and signed before we post the bond, as you can see the paperwork is signed and agreed upon prior to the releaseWe require a $a day charge to be on bond that is not due until we receive the exoneration of the bond, this is additional to the up front fee's that are set by the stateThis fee is for the administration of all fillings that need to be followed throughout the process and is applied to every bond we issueI will be happy to provide more paperwork that shows terms and conditions of the bond I believe MsS [redacted] was informed about the fees and she is looking to "pass the buck" as she says for her lack of attention in this matter

The customer Applied for an on line bail bond for one of her boyfriends, we have that option for the convince of our customersAt that time she filled out the forms we had another part of the deal that needed to be completed and exchange a car title for collateralI had a runner meet with her to exchange paperwork at her local bank (at no charge to her) where she completed the transactionShortly after her boyfriend was released from jail she called and requested for us to revoke the bond and return him back to jail because of an alleged domestic disputeShe claimed that she was too scared to go home and wanted us to remove him from her propertyI met her at the local bar at around 11:am to pick up her house key in the event he would not open the doorWe then proceeded to the residence where the defendant was staying and took him into custody and returned him to jail Once he was booked in to the jail we let her know and invoiced her for the charges and she promptly paidFrom that point there is a procedure that the court has to return the bond back to us and then we return the collateral (vehicle title) back to herUnfortunately she believes that once he is picked up the transaction is over but its not the bond is still in place until the judge releases itThis process could take anywhere from a few days to months, we do not have control over the superior court of ArizonaThis process was explained several times to her but she insisted we were wrongShe then had a "guy" call and demand the title to be released, I told him I don't have any idea who he was so I would not discuss anything with him and she would need to callI then reached out to her by phone to see what the issue was but she would not take my call and would only communicate through text messageWe are the second bail bond company that she used within a month period that she had problems with according to herI am confident the problem might be her lack of understanding the process and her unwillingness to listen to the remedySince the time of our last contact the title has been sent back to her and her case is closed on our endWe will have no further contact with herWe Thank You for the opportunity to have assisted you in this unfortunate situationSincerely, Jason R***

The customer Applied for an on line bail bond for one of her boyfriends, we have that option for the convince of our customers. At that time she filled out the forms we had another part of the deal that needed to be completed and exchange a car title for collateral. I had a runner meet with her to...

exchange paperwork at her local bank (at no charge to her) where she completed the transaction. Shortly after her boyfriend was released from jail she called and requested for us to revoke the bond and return him back to jail because of an alleged domestic dispute. She claimed that she was too scared to go home and wanted us to remove him from her property. I met her at the local bar at around 11:30 am to pick up her house key in the event he would not open the door. We then proceeded to the residence where the defendant was staying and took him into custody and returned him to jail.  Once he was booked in to the jail we let her know and invoiced her for the charges and she promptly paid. From that point there is a procedure that the court has to return the bond back to us and then we return the collateral (vehicle title) back to her. Unfortunately she believes that once he is picked up the transaction is over but its not the bond is still in place until the judge releases it. This process could take anywhere from a few days to months, we do not have control over the superior court of Arizona. This process was explained several times to her but she insisted we were wrong. She then had a "guy" call and demand the title to be released, I told him I don't have any idea who he was so I would not discuss anything with him and she would need to call. I then reached out to her by phone to see what the issue was but she would not take my call and would only communicate through text message. We are the second bail bond company that she used within a month period that she had problems with according to her. I am confident the problem might be her lack of understanding the process and her unwillingness to listen to the remedy. Since the time of our last contact the title has been sent back to her and her case is closed on our end. We will have no further contact with her. We Thank You for the opportunity to have assisted you in this unfortunate situation. Sincerely, Jason R[redacted]

I did sign and understand the paperwork I was given. It was not until your office contacted me and said that it was going to be taken out of the 500 that I had already given your company. I specifically asked her are you sure because I thought it was for the fees and she said nope the computer says different. I think that your company tried to miss represent the situation so that you would have been able to take my vehicle out from under me. That is not good business. I will make sure I tell everyone about how your company tried to tell me everything was taken care of when it was not, then on top of that let a bill get up to 500 with out any contact. You can say what you want but this is not right!!! I will make sure I let everyone know what kind of business your company provides.

COMPLAINT # [redacted]I have attached the signed paperwork from the person filing the complaint. The misunderstanding is on there end, we are bond company that has been in business for over 14 years and very rarely have a complaint.  Ms. S[redacted] posted a bond for the individual who was picked up on...

drug charges and we provided a service to facilitate their release, which we did. All terms and conditions are discussed and signed before we post the bond, as you can see the paperwork is signed and agreed upon prior to the release. We require a $3.00 a day charge to be on bond that is not due until we receive the exoneration of the bond, this is additional to the up front fee's that are set by the state. This fee is for the administration of all fillings that need to be followed throughout the process and is applied to every bond we issue. I will be happy to provide more paperwork that shows terms and conditions of the bond.  I believe Ms. S[redacted] was informed about the fees and she is looking to "pass the buck" as she says for her lack of attention in this matter.
