Hello for my response I will enclose the picture of the broken mirror and the estimate to repair it The damage did not occur on the most recent visit to this shop, it occurred on the prior visit However, the shop did not provide a labor warranty, it was expected to provide a parts warranty on the dryer, which I was requesting them to replace due to the dryer leaking.Since the shop did not repair my vehicle properly I was forced to replace the dryer myself I noted that the bolt holding the dryer in place was never installed by the shop the last time the shop installed the dryer As such, the dryer was free to jiggle and over time the jiggling created a stress fracture in the line from the condenser to the dryer which created another leak It is my contention that the leak in the condenser is also due to the negligence of the shop, as well as the other damage to the mirror The reason I am blaming the shop for the mirror is that there was a greasy fingerprint that only a mechanic could make and it was not caused by a random person walking by while the car was outside I did not want to raise a large issue at the time because I could only drop my car off at night due to needing to stay out of the sun due to a skin disability and did not want to have the shop not accept my car for further warranty work However, the shop did hang up on my and did refuse to perform parts warranty work on the dryer, which I eventually found was also a leak in the condenser due to the dryer not being bolted in place the last time the shop installed the dryer Moreover, I replaced the hose with the duct tape and this is not a factor in the condenser leak caused by the shop not installing the bolt

parts warranty on the dryer, which I was requesting them to replace due to the dryer leaking.
Since the shop did not repair my vehicle properly I was forced to replace the dryer myself. I noted that the bolt holding the dryer in place was never installed by the shop the last time the shop installed the dryer. As such, the dryer was free to jiggle and over time the jiggling created a stress fracture in the line from the condenser to the dryer which created another leak. It is my contention that the leak in the condenser is also due to the negligence of the shop, as well as the other damage to the mirror.
The reason I am blaming the shop for the mirror is that there was a greasy fingerprint that only a mechanic could make and it was not caused by a random person walking by while the car was outside. I did not want to raise a large issue at the time because I could only drop my car off at night due to needing to stay out of the sun due to a skin disability and did not want to have the shop not accept my car for further warranty work. However, the shop did hang up on my and did refuse to perform parts warranty work on the dryer, which I eventually found was also a leak in the condenser due to the dryer not being bolted in place the last time the shop installed the dryer. Moreover, I replaced the hose with the duct tape and this is not a factor in the condenser leak caused by the shop not installing the bolt.
