I attached a couple screen shots of are texts proving that I tried to give a full refund but he insisted on me keeping the money and never to contact him againI kept it professional all the way and tried hard to please himThere's something else going on here that I'm not aware of otherwise he would of never filed a complaint

I am rejecting this response because:The proposed remedy was clearly ignored by the business in the business' response to my claimInstead the business has chosen to fabricate an ignorant response based on screen shots of text messages that were authored AFTER the decision to report the business to Revdex.com was madeThe business owner declined several times via phone conversations to agree to a full refund and then the same business owner wastes everyone's time today with what I am sure he considers to be either funny or clever tactics which are very consistent with this business owner's lack of seriousnessIf this business owner were at all capable of generating a serious response it would have come several weeks ago and it would have competently and coherently addressed the proposed remedy, afterall I didn't propose it so it could be completely ignoredI give David A*** one more chance to author a competent response that addresses the proposed remedy in my claim against his business that calims on it's card to offer a warranty but doesn't in reality...and it surely is not my responsibility to ask for oneC'mon David, now is your chance to be the professional your business card says you are...pretty easy...stop playing around with pictures of text messages and tell me how we can achieve the remedy in my claim against youI called you over an hour ago, left you a message and have heard nothing back from you...and it took you a full month to respond to my claimI am dissappinted in you DavidYou had the perfect chance to give me the ok to come over and return your auto start and get a full refund, but what did you do? You told me you would give me $because you thought you had made a deal with my wife via text while I was sleepingYou had a chance to actually live up to giving me a full refund like the pictures of the text messages you have provided would suggest, BUT we both know you only intend to give me back $and that is NOT acceptable my friendNOT acceptable at allAlso, your behavior is not acceptable and that is exactly why I'd rather not have to ever actually see you again, because of that and the fact you are dumb.
