Thank you for contacting Lue-Lue's World!A message was received regarding the complaint made regarding a pet that was groomed on 04/14/2017. As stated in a previous message, there were no marks or issues with this animal when departure was made from this Grooming Salon. [redacted] reviewed the pet before she left, using foul language about the cost of the service that was provided. As stated in the policies for Lue-Lue's World;Section 2:1)Any pet that is Matted or Aggressive or Hard to handle will be charged an extra expense, up to $25.00. This charge is based on the severity of the Matting or Hard to handle.*The charges may apply without consulting the pet owners. It is to the discretion of the groomers if your pet is Aggressive, Hard to hand *Pets that require (2) people to handle a pet during grooming may be charged a double price, for the extreme aggressiveness.*Pets that require (2) people to handle a pet during grooming may be charged a double price, for the extreme aggressiveness.            *Any nic’s or cuts that happen due to a pet being matted or aggressive is to [redacted]’s financial responsibility.Any happenings that have happened to this pet outside of Lue-Lue's World, is not the responsibility of Lue-Lue's World. The focus for this client is leaning for a return of services per her statement that the cost for grooming fluctuates and the cost is always different..... Again, as stated in section 2 of the policies for Lue-Lue's World, the cost of "Matting, Aggressive or Hard to Handle is a additional charge up to $25.00"Services have been provided, all policies were told to the Client and they were signed for indicating that she knew them and agreed to them, there were no "surprise" charges. The pet at hand, when departing on the 14th of April had not marks or redness to him. This complaint is aimed at getting a service for free, which is declined, a refund will not be made. To touch base on the fact that this person is indicating that Lue-Lue's World is "defacing" her, is not applicable. This conversing is not about defacing, or he said/ she said- it is about a person who is not happy about having to pay for a service that they do not want to pay for. This client had options and she decided to use Lue-Lue's World as her option to groom her untrained animal. As a fact, as this Client has stated that she will "continue" to spread rumors of what she "endured". This client is the one who is being untruthful, and defacing. Lue-Lue's World prides itself on customer service and service itself. This is a well liked and loved place for many, and for some, this place is just not for them. Not all facilities are made for everyone, and this facility is not made for this specific client. Lue-Lue's World provides services that are done with care and compassion, reasoning for the 6 hour grooming, we are here to help pets not the other way around. Everything in this world comes at a price, a price that this client agreed to and was knowledgeable about.

Review: My vehicle is in for collision repair following a minor accident. While repairing my vehicle, the windshield was cracked. The cracked windshield is causing the repair to take longer than originally stated. In addition, the cost of the windshield repair is being billed to my insurance claim. However, the windshield wasn't damaged as a result of the accident. My insurance company should not be paying for something that I didn't damage.Desired Settlement: The cost of the repair for the windshield needs to be reimbursed to my insurance company.

I, [redacted], have received the complaint filed by [redacted] with an ID of [redacted].

The facts are as follows: We had **. [redacted]’s 2010 [redacted] in our shop far an insurance claim with his insurance company. During the repairs, we had to install the upper inner structure of the right fender on his car and needed the windshield removed so that the part could be installed. A professional glass company came in and removed the glass. During (he removal of the glass it cracked. This does happen occasionally, due to the frailty of glass. The glass company is not responsible for the glass if it breaks and Al’s Body Shop is not responsible if the glass breaks. Circumstances were explained to the insurance company and they agreed that they owed for the broken glass. When **. [redacted] was informed of these additional charges he became very confrontational with me. He spoke very poorly to me and my staff. The glass did not crack because of negligence; it cracked as part of the repairs to his vehicle.

In closing, I do not feel as though Al’s Body Shop is responsible for **. [redacted]’s windshield. I feel that the windshield cracked from pressure put On it from the damage to the vehicle. Oar response to **. [redacted] s complaint is that the insurance company paid for the windshield and they are the ones that should have paid for the glass. It happens all the time in our business.
