I apologize for any confusion. My complaint is with ACP a/k/a Alternative Care Providers as I have NOT been sent to collection yet. I said they have left a voicemail threatening collection as a next step but I have not been sent to collection as of this date. Thank

I have spoken to my children's doctors office. They said that ACP used to accept all insurances and ACP cannot give them a day or any notification of when they told them they stopped accepting the insuranceI think that is a poor way to handle business. I believe they will start shopping for other providers if this is the way it's going to work as they cant have patients believing it is covered, when the company decides to start billing patients. The bill for my other daughter has never even been submitted to my insurance company. It is very upsetting. It is my wish and request that in good faith that ACP would waive these fees and we would know going forward. It's hard enough having children that need these specialized aero chambers along with all of the inhalers I must buy and then to start receiving bills and phone calls threatening collection is very upsetting to say the least. I would really appreciate ACP's assistance
