On the first visit to the home rice and sand/gravel was found in the drain The customer said that they had poured the contents of a fish tank down the drain The drain was cleared and the customer advised that putting rice and the contents of a fish tank down the drain was misuse of the drain The first visit was guaranteed for days and cost $95.00.Two days later the customer called again When the line was cleared again even more rice was found in the drain This voided the original guarantee however, the customer was not charged for this visit The customer was advised again that putting rice down the drain was misuse of the drain The customer called again after several days and was told that there would be a charge to clear the line a third time
