We were very please with the quality of service and the products we purchased. Billy B[redacted] was our first contact with the company and he was awesome. He explained all of the options available and is very knowledgeable. The installation of our HVAC unit and sealing of our air ducts went very smoothly thanks to Jess, Art and Ryan. The office associates (Jennifer who answered the phone, Arlene and Rich who helped co-ordinate the scheduling and paperwork) were also courteous and kept us informed in a timely manner. Over all this company is very professional and we will continue to us them as needed.

Ryan provided excellent customer service regarding our AC unit. He was polite and very professional! He made sure everything was working as well as expected before leaving our home. We have always used this business for our Ac/Heating needs including yearly checks to insure everything is working properly. Ryan went above and beyond any other tech we have ever had!!! Ambient Edge Heating/ air just came out to do my fall review for my winter heating activities. Brian A. came out with trainee James K[redacted]. Mr. Kelm actually did all of the servicing, and did a very professional job, presenting me with the checklist, etc.

Was VERY pleasant, extremely efficient, professional, Hope they send him next time, as a Tech like Brian is why companies have customers like us coming back and having maintainence contracts, and not a one shot deal. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

[redacted] did the semi annual inspection on our HVAC. He was very polite, thorough and informative about the condition of the system and any improvements that may help improve it. He found and replaced a leaky valve in the freon line, which suggests how complete his inspection was. I would request him for any future work.

[redacted] was prompt,friendly, and answered all my questions. He did a very complete job of servicing my furnace and did not try to sell me things I do not need. In the future I will request [redacted] to continue to service my heating and cooling units and I congratulate Ambient Edge for having such outstanding employees.

Billy was a total professional when it came to evaluating, explaining, and inspecting my two mini-split heat pumps both before and after the installation. I would not only recommend Ambient Air to others but I would hire them again in the future.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting another one of the fine technicians employed by Ambient Edge. [redacted] was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very professional as well. Keep up the good work!!

In the past we have had other techs from Ambient Edge service our heating and cooling system. They were all courteous, professional and competent too!! Although I can't remember all of their names, I do recall [redacted]. coming to service our unit a few times and he always did a good job too!

Ambient Edge is fortunate to employ such capable service techs. Their office staff is always very helpful and courteous as well.

[redacted] and his partner for the day, [redacted] N., arrived promptly at the appointed time. For the two days of the installation he worked quickly & was very friendly and helpful when I had a question. He helped make sure outside & inside home was kept clean and remained clean during and after work was complete. As they worked I could tell they were very knowledgeable about the installation of our unit.

[redacted] was both personable and professional, he showed up on time and got the air working again, maybe better than it's worked in years. My hat's off to all the people like [redacted] who work in these extreme temperatures

and it was extreme, 114 degrees.

My AC unit went out over the weekend and I called Ambient Edge on a Monday around 8 Am. They explained the service prices and I chose to wait the next day service. All service quotes were cheaper than anyone else that quoted me. The appointment was between noon to five but the repair man showed at 10 in the morning, even though I didn't answer his phone call! The service was professional, informative and quick. The price was outstanding and I strongly suggest Ambient Edge to everyone.

[redacted] was on time, very informative about so much and really helped our situation with the heating unit. He not only discussed our heating unit but also gave us great information about out water heater. Because of his helpfulness, we flushed the unit today and it went well, just like he explained to us. I would definitely call Ambient Edge again and do have a bi-yearly contract.
