The business owner finally responded to me once and promised to fix the issue (this promise has been made before), but then has gone silent again and not fulfilled my refund so has still stolen my funds.

Review: My husband and I purchased my wedding ring from American Brilliance during the 2012 LPGA event that was held at Villas of [redacted] in [redacted]. The Company promote themselves to be the Diamond specialist to both PGA AND LPGA Golfers. They travel around these golfing events and set up displays in the lobby of the hotel or Golf Club that is hosting the Golf event. The ring we purchased was too big and they said they would size it for me and then mail it back. They did size it but to a sie 6, not 4.5 aqs requested.I had Jared Jewlers look at it to see if they could size it to the correct size and they said they did not want to do it at it was a size 7 and to size it to a 4.5 would add stress to the band which holds the diamonds. I then contact American Brilliance and informed them of what I was told and they said this was untrue and to send it back again and they would take care of it.I have saved all my e-mails, as I have had several problems with losing diamonds and have had to send ring back several more times to get fixed. The ring started looking different after all these corrections. I have gone back and forth with both [redacted] and his son [redacted] and they agreed to refund me the $1200.00 becasue I have been so dissapointed in the product and it was spendning more time in the shop than on my finger. They have the ring and yet I have been waiting 3 months for my $1200.00 refund. I have copies of the e-mails that the check is in the mail and yet it never comes. They now no longer answer my call and I'm sad to say I don't think I will get my money back.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting your assiatance to help me get my money back ($1200.00)from this company.

Review: American Brilliance charged me twice for the final payment ($29,000) for the purchase of a ring, saying that my first payment would be refunded so that they could issue me a proper invoice for my insurance. The second payment was on October **, 2014 (now 6.5 weeks ago), and the [redacted] has stopped being responsive and has still not refunded my money. His voicemail is full and he does not return my calls. I've received a few cryptic texts and emails from him promising reimbursement, but the deadlines have passed multiple times with no follow up or refund coming across. I fear he is defrauding me and that I will have to file a legal claim with the police for theft but am hoping this avenue is first successful. Thank youDesired Settlement: A refund via wire transfer or check that does not bounce (he has already bounced two checks on me) of $29,000.
