Complaint ID: ***I would like this added to the record for American Bullion & Coin I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this company The main problems with this transaction were because American Bullion does not use fax or email service Everything must be done by mail.There are so many contradictions between the problems with this situation between American Bullion and ***r Trust.I believe I was grossly overcharged on the coins PLUS I was charged two different fees for delivery Whenever I have purchased gold or silver from any company, I have NEVER been charged a fee In this instance I was charged two fees. Please add this to the complaint so that future people can have a better picture of the situation.*** ***

American Bullion And Coin, which was asked by *** *** to work with this ***r company should be penalized for gold stars inability to communicate via not email we choose to work with paper so every transaction has a hardcopy we have many customers that prefer to work this way because of Internet fraud and identity theftEmail is not foolproof when dealing with sensitive customer information regarding their personal assetsAnytime a customer has asked us to do anything with another company we try our best to work with themNot all companies work well togetherAny customer who has ever worked with our company has found if they ask for something we consider every contract to be final at the verbal word of our customer and we fill all contracts with no questions asked even if it costs us money as in this caseIt cost us quite a bit to hold product as long as it took to work with this ***r company we definitely wanted to take care of ***

within one daythe day that ***r allowed us to send The metals we sent them in the next business day via registered and insured mailI apologize for how long it has taken for Tammy's order to be filled but this entire time I have donated $50,to getting this doneon the day that it was ordered we used our money to purchase her product since then our money has been tied up in the sum of 40+ thousand almost $50,If there was anyway we could've gotten our almost $50,back sooner we would have done this In every instance anytime Tammy has called we have answered her questions to the best of our abilities,The only problem is we cannot talk for ***r all I can say is that within one day every time ***r corresponded with us we filled our obligation

I was interested in purchasing gold bullion for a hedge on paper moneyI called American Bullion and their salesperson talked me into investing in pre gold coinsAfter doing some research I found that the coins that I purchased for dollars each could be purchased easily on the market for around dollarsI bought coins and that resulted in a loss of approximately dollars
