We sincerely apologize for our failure to communicate better with Mr***, it is our full intention to repair any damages done to the yard We have a crew member that runs a landscaping company in the insulation off season and that individual will make contact with Mr*** today to address
the issues.

I understand from the voice message that I received from the Revdex.com today that I have five (5) days to respond to your latest message to me dated 2/10/16, which means I would need to respond to you by Monday, 2/in order to meet your timelines I further understand that if I do not respond within those timelines that the Revdex.com will consider the resolution acceptable I am writing today to request an extension to that timeline because of the specific dates, and holidays involved in that five day period
According to the business' response, the check is to have been mailed on the 11th As of today's mail, I have not received the check I will NOT consider this matter resolved until such time as I have received and have successfully cashed the business' check Even if it arrives tomorrow, since Monday is a holiday and the banks will not be open, I am writing to you to inform you that I will not be able to meet your five day timeline, and respectfully request that your timeline be extended to at least Wednesday, February 17, in order to allow me adequate opportunity to either resolve or further dispute this matter Thank you for your understanding and assistance on this matter

We do hope the client will accept our sincerest apologies During the timeframe involved our Office Manager, ***, was out of the office a great deal as her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away within weeks of diagnosis The office manager plays a key role in
some of the issues involved and again we do apologize. The refund will be mailed tomorrow 2/11/via cashiers check in the amount requested by client.
In addition we do fully warranty our workmanship for a period of five years and will glady assist in the eventy there are any issues resulting from work we completed

The vendor finally repaired the damage to the front lawn on Saturday, December 2, 2015.
I now consider this issue to be resolved.
