This client had been using our services from 2001-The client was again required to use our services during the time frame of his complaintHe did provide us updated contact information at the time of his re-enrollment, however, our software also cross-referenced his old contact information
Our Client Services department made three attempts to contact the client, however, we were using outdated information. The client does deserve an apology, and I do sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience caused to this clientWe will review our practices regarding sending hard copy notification to clients of pending schedule changesOnly around certain holidays is it possible for our offices to be closed for such a long period of time, and we do make every effort to ensure that clients are accommodated before the closure of our offices.We have now properly updated all of this clients information in our software systemIt is important to remember that we are restricted as to state law what we are permitted to do regarding the use of these devices, and we are often met with clients that do not understand those laws and restrictions, however, that is not an excuse for our causing the client to feel the way he did and that is certainly not in our mission.I again sincerely apologize for the inconvenienceThe client will be credited for the next two calibration cyclesShould the client require any further discussion, he should feel free to reach out to us on our website, as well as contacting us during our business hoursThis was an honest mistake, however, we do not ever want a client to feel as though they are abandoned during their time with us.Please feel free to contact us for further review
