sir, We want u to know that flea med [redacted] was mailed late 2-3 days . because normally we don't mail it our clients pick up from our facility. But we r sorry it was mailed late because of shipping and finding the proper box to mail. But she got her meds. Sorry for late shipping. [redacted]

I came to this business to get my doberman ears cropped, my appointment was at 11am they didn't see me until about 1220pm (which is understandable because they take emergency pet situations )

The Dr was rude and rushed through the explanation of the procedure and told me I could come back to pick my dog up at 3pm , my dog was not ready until 530 pm . 3 days post procedure my dog wouldn't eat of drink and had servers vomiting and diarrhea, I took her to our vet who diagnosed her with Parvo and very deadly dog virus , we paid almost $400 dollars to save our puppy . I do believe that my dog got parvo from this facility where she got her ears cropped I don't have any grass around my home and my other dog is fully vaccinated our puppy has never let the house or be anywhere that she could have contracted the parvo virus . Needless to say I didn't feel comfortable taking my dog back to the Modesto pet hospital to get her stitches out or have her ears tapped (which is included in what we paid for the cropping ) . I called the hospital to speak to the doctor that cropped her eat and get a partial refund for the services that we are having to pay out of pocket for , he did not let me speak and rushed me off the phone saying he would contact me the next day and let me know a different vet that he would recommend us taking our dog to to have her stitches removed, he never called back 6 days later I removed the stitches myself. I called the vets office to speak the the vet again and the women that answered the phone was very rude and told me the vet would call me when he got back, I asked when he would return and she rudely said "honey I said he'd call you so just wait until he calls you " . I am still currently waiting for a return phone call.

The customer service here is awful and they talk down to their customers. I paid in full and this is not acceptable
