Horrible. Dealt with a guy named Chase Whited and his customer service is terrible. Will not answer calls, text messages etc. I contacted Co. via email and next thing you know, they don't want to do business with you anymore when all you wanted to do was give them your insurance company info. Did same thing to my neighbors as well. Do not use this Company, they will leave you high and dry.

The agent from this business contacted us. We received a quote. They told us they would roof the house for whatever the insurance paid plus our deductible. Then they called us to back out of the contract with an explanation that was unclear. They brought our check back to us. Their business process is questionable.

American Roofing Company was great to work with on my new roof. *** did make a lot of promises I thought he couldn't fulfill each one but, he kept his word and went beyond what he said he was going to do. The team showed up on time they worked long and hard in the cold and got the job done in the day. They had everything covered and then clean up was great. I found less than a dozen nails in the yard as they worked hard to find them all including using a roller magnet. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

American Roofing Company, is a great company. I greatly recommend this company. They did my roof in May 2019. I could not ask for a better job. They are very professional, you will need to do no cleaning up. They clean their area during the roof process and after. The roof was completed within 3 days. Once the city work on time with inspection, the company will complete the job in no time. I am very satisfied and pleased with the job they have done.
